Chapter 1

"Bye Cass!" I shouted as I ran out of the apartment, with my things gathered in my hands, almost stumbling.

I made my way to the side of my car and pushed the unlock button and dumped my things on the passenger seat. Shiz, I'm gonna be late! Again I ran to the driver's seat and immediately started the engine. That's what you get for staying up late Villongco.

My phone rang. Cassandra my roomie slash bestfriend slash book buddy is calling.

"Hey what?" I answered after putting the earphones. Eyes fixed on the road.

She chuckled. "Uhm.. Nothing. Just a goodluck call on your first day. Say hi to your professor for me and oh, 'wag umiyak pag napagalitan mkay?" And there goes her never ending-annoying-highpitched laugh as she ended the call. Please remind me to kill her later when I get home.

"Find your seat miss. I don't want this to happen again! I hate tardy people the most. If you don't like me then drop this subject." Drop agad? She's definitely PMS-ing. Scratch that, maybe she's on her menopausal stage.

Tinaasan niya 'ko ng manipis niyang kilay. "So, why are you still standing there, miss? Mag d-drop ka?" Believe me, she looks like she's gonna eat me anytime. I've never been this scared and humilated my entire life.

"ah-eh, uupo na po." I said faking a smile.

I entered the room with my classmates' eyes fixed on me. Some are trying to supress a laugh. Swear, gusto kong sigawan sila ng "may nakakatawa ba?!" pero takot ko lang mapagalitan ulit.

I wore my resting-bitch face and sat on the only vacant seat next to a hot guy. Minsan lang ako makapansin ng lalaki. So, believe me when I say this guy is sizzling

I am currently murdering Ms. Samantra in my head when I heard him chuckled again. I glared at him with my pinakamataas na kilay. Sa board siya nakatingin pero alam kong ako ang tinatawanan niya.

He's hot and handsome. I can tell with just one glance na hindi siya pure filipino. Long curly eye lashes, pointed nose and perfectly carved jawline-- Oh B, your're mad remember?

I fixed my face, making it bitchier. "Stop it will you? You're not funny." I said firmly in a small voice.

Ibinaling niya ang paningin sa'kin. "What? I'm not doing anything, miss Villongco." He grinned before looking at the bruha.

Oh god, I should never sit beside him again. He's only a stranger but I can already clearly see the "JERK" sign on his forehead. Barriers up, B.

I tried not to mind him the whole class session. Masyado siyang papansin eh. Kala mo kung sinong gwapo. Okay, gwapo naman talaga siya pero kahit na, ang pangit niya pa rin.

I was walking in the hallway, heading to my next class when someone shouted my surname.

"Villongco, wait!" I can hear his footsteps following me. Hindi ko siya pinansin but he quickly pulled my books out of my hand.

"What the hell!?" I fumed as I faced him. He's smirking as if he's the most handsome boy in town.

"Why so grumpy miss?"natatawang saad niya. "You're too rude towards strangers." I gave him my most annoyed look ever, not even Cass saw this.

"Rude? What about grabbing someone else's things? Now, don't tell me you think I'd give you my sweetest smile." I snapped at him.

"I called your name you didn't even bother to look at me. I'm just gonna tell you something. See? you're the first rude person here." Oh holy mother of all jerks.

"I didn't hear you, okay? So, what are you gonna tell me then? Come on, nagmamadali ako." I asked with hands crossed against my chest. I was really trying so hard not to throw trantrums here.

Believe me, my day with that bruha professor started real bad. Considering this is my first day in this university being a third year transferee student.

He scratched his nape like a shy boy. "Uhm. I think we're both heading to the same class. Mind if I go with you?"

"You're impossible." I rolled my eyes at him and continued walking.

"So, that's a yes I guess."

Hindi ko na siya pinansin habang parang asong nakabuntot sa'kin. What's his problem ba? He's really getting under my skin.

He was walking beside me, smiling like an idiot. Enjoying people's stares. Especially from the girls. Okay, I wouldn't deny the fact that he's an A+ head turner but the hell with the girls' reaction. I can almost literally see their panties dropping. Who is he ba? He seems famous ah.
