Y/n's Pov

I was asleep when I got tired of hearing Arianas phone vibrate I grabbed it and when I saw the name Pete I shot up from the bed roughly but careful not to wake her up.

I pulled up my sweats and put on my shirt all while running downstairs and grabbing my keys turning on the car and going to his house.

I arrived 10 minutes later, I knocked and waited for at least 3 minutes until it opened, "oh umm hey y/n wassup man?"

I grabbed him by the shirt dragging him inside putting him against the wall, rage coursing through my body, my body was hot and I was angry. "Hey hey whats wrong?" He managed to get out.

I noticed what I was doing and let him go "what the fuck do you want with my wife?" I asked him, "I-" I looked at him with a death stare "did I hesitate? What the fuck you want with her?" Pete stares at me blankly and I get tired of it my fists connects with his face in a matter of seconds.

"What video Pete? What fucking video?" I control myself not punching him anymore but grabbing and pushing him up against the wall once again, "A-a sex video I took o-of her and m-me" he said in fear.

I punched him once again knocking him out. I noticed what the fuck just happened and started cussing "fuck no what did I do? Wait fuck I did it for ari, shit man I'm so stupid"

My phone starts buzzing, "fuck I took ari's phone, fuck it is tydus" I answer calming myself acting like I didn't just knock someone out "hey buddy whats up?" He sighs "oh thank God dad mom thinks something happened to you come home fast" my heart starts to race "put ari on the phone tyty please" he listens and passes it.

"Baby-" I cut her off "ari ari ari fuck I did something stupid" by my voice she already knows I'm scared and what I could be facing "w-what happened? Y/n what did you do?" I sigh "Pete was uhh texting you threatening you and I woke up in the middle of the night and got mad I pulled up to his house and I knocked him out, A-ari I could get charged" I can tell she is on the brink of tears, I get out of Pete's house hopping in my car.

I drive home not caring about the speed limit but my mind on my wife and my kids, how could I be so stupid? Do I think he is going to press charges? fuck yeah, I have a baby on the way and everything FUCK.

I get home and pull into the driveway turning off the engine running inside.

I had blood on my lip and a my face was a little swollen, Ariana ran into my arms catching me off-guard. I fell back but managed to hold her tightly against me, at least there was a wall behind me.

"I'm sorry I'm so sorry baby" I break into tears. "It's okay it's okay" She pulls me into a hug, I'm glad the twins are still asleep. I touch ari's belly smiling but start crying realizing I might not even be here for her.

"Tydus-" he cuts me off "how could you dad? I-i can't even talk to you right now" he starts crying and runs to his room.

"They hate me, everyone hates me fuck" I just feel like screaming everything was going so good now its so bad.

"Ari ima go for a ride" without letting her say anything I run out the door. She runs after me "babe go inside it is cold" I say she goes inside while saying I love you I say it back and leave.

I head back home at 8 am. When I go inside I notice everyone is awake, I go to the twins kissing them on the cheek and hugging them tightly like it's the last time I'll ever do it. "D-dad I'm sorry for last night it wasn't your fault" I hear tyty say I go up to him hugging him and I kiss him on the cheek too.

Then last of all I go up to Ariana from behind and kiss her on the cheek but before I can make contact she turns her head and it hits her lips, it's full of passion and desire, but mostly just love and lust, I love her and I know she loves me too but I can't help but wonder if she is willing to wait.

We pull away after Courtney fake coughs. "Oh hey court" I tell her she says "umm hey the police are out there" she whispers so only me and ari can hear.

I mutter "fuck" and go to the door. "HI, How are you doing?" I hear the cop say "I'm good how are you boss?" He nods "pretty good, pretty good" I nod and smile "may I help you with anything?" I asked nervously "yes actually we are looking for Y/n Chiplone"

I gulp "that'll be me sir" he nods and tells me to turn around I was still inside so I asked if I could say bye first to my family, the kind cop says yes.

"Baby I umm have to go" I kiss Ariana like it's the last time in a long time, I hug Courtney tightly tears falling off all of our cheeks I say bye to the kids and kiss arianas stomach and finally go outside.

"Sir I'm going to have to ask you to turn around and put your hands behind your back" I nodded and turn around obeying, as soon as I felt the cold ironish medal hit my wrist and click a tear drops from my eye like I'm 14 all over again.

“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you." He says as he walks me towards the police car putting me in the back.

We reach the police station, I change in front of a fucking old man and old lady and I have a week until trial, fuck.

I give the cop my personal belongings and they put it in a closet or something.

A cop walks me to my cell, I mutter fuck once again through this day and yesterday, before I go in I ask the cop when my family can call me, she said that they can call after 1 day, I nodded and gave her a warm smile "thank you" I then went into my cell after she uncuffed me.

I see my roommate and he looks familiar "no fucking way, mason what are you doing here?" I've known him since high school so shit.

"Robbery" I nodded and said damn.

Fuck I miss ari so much.
