" [ OC ] is a prince/princess soon to turn into adult and needed someone to rule the kingdom with someday .

their parents / guardian , tired of [ OC ] rejecting every proposal , decided to take matters into their own hands and arranged a marriage between [ OC ] and [ Character ] .

[ OC ] was shocked by this and refused , but the deal was already sealed by both families . [ OC ] could only wait and meet [ Character ] a week before the wedding .

they could only hope [ Character ] is a good person and perhaps get along with them . "

[ Scenario 2 ]

" There has been many reports of royalty being kidnapped for money or for angered citizens in different kingdoms .

worried about [OC's] safety , their parents / guardian decided to assign a personal knight for [ OC ] in hopes they're on good hands .

[ OC ] didn't expected to slowly find themselves attracted to their knight . "

" [ OC ] has been rejecting every prince / princess that tried proposing to them . they had a good reason for this .

[ Character ] , a citizen they've met when they were out of the castle once , has completely stolen their heart .

this wasn't common . so [ OC ] decided to keep these hangouts with [ Character ] a secret from their parents . they would constantly sneak out just to spend time with [ Character ] .

perhaps , the feeling is mutual ? "
