Chapter 6: the binding

  Pope's pov:

I should've followed her . It's been 40 minutes and she's still not there , she hasn't returned . Has JJ done anything bad to Kie? or maybe... i dont know? Did he tell her to break up with me so they can be together? JJ is literally rather unpredictable these days... My theory might be right . He likes kie as much as i do , less or even more . The important fact is that he likes her... Well , to be honest , i got the change to tell her that i love her first , so its a matter of time she'll chose me. Either ways , i will try to do everything to protect her, even from our friend JJ. 

JJ's pov:

Am i living in a dream? My childhood crush , Kiara just told me that she likes me , that she loves me! She wants to be my girlfriend , and i will keep the promise we gave . '' Our realationship is not private but not public , pope is not my enemy but not my lover , you are my lover jj, and swear to me that you will defend me when pope is gonna learn about us'' I trust and respect Pope , but he will not take my lovely kie away from me . 

Kiara's pov:

I love JJ . Kissing him felt so good , he was better than pope like a thousand times. I don't want to hurt neither jj's nor Pope's feelings, but lets be honest , we would all chose JJ , atleast 8/10 of girls . I appreciate Pope's friendship and company , but its not like we are soulmates, JJ has this place in my heart . 

- The next day-

JJ was sleeping at john b's home , when suddenly Kiara came. She hugged JJ and went to sleep with him . (No, sadly , they didn't make out, yet.) Kie and JJ talked about their future, cuddled and kissed for hours . They were thinking of finding John b's and Sarah's corpse . Everyone says ''work smart not hard''. Let me tell you , sometimes you have to do both . They are going to tell Pope about their secret relation ship , perhaps if the right time comes . Pope appeared out of the blue and shocked both kiara and jj . Luckily , they had already waken up and they were making breakfast . 

Are you okay Kie? Did JJ hurt you? *Pope said nervously*

Why would he hurt me?

Why would i hurt my bestfriend? 

*They both said together*

I don't know.. It's just the fact that ... JJ has been acting super weird lately ... I doubt if we can trust him. *Pope replied*

Im sorry but ... why did you say ''we''? When did i gave you the permission to speak for me? After all , i don't need any man to look after me, and whatever you say , i will still trust JJ , my bestfriend , our bestfriend . * Kiara said confidently with a grin on her face*

*Pope was stunned by Kiara's words. How can she talk to him that way? Pope was so close to cry , but he tried to hold it back . A sad smile went on his face and then he stormed out of the room.*

Pope's pov:

I have to do something quick , before JJ steals Kiara from me entirely ... I have to get her back , no matter how i do it . JJ is one step closer to win Kiara's heart , so i have no other choice , but to act fast .
