Part 3

Later...

Ethan crawled through a small tunnel, planning to go back into the dungeon to find a treasure in a special chamber after receiving a map and the Iron Insignia Key.

He walked through the Tasting Room, past the Hall of War and Chamber of Solace, and into the dungeons.

Ethan gasps quietly upon seeing the doorway to the Special Chamber. But before he can proceed. He heard a loud snarl. He turned and spotted a group of moroiaca creeping towards him.

Ethan aimed his shotgun at the closet moroaica and fired. He shot each and every one of them until there is no more. He walked around the entire dungeon to make sure there aren't any more moroaica hiding in the dark. When he went back to the carcasses of the moroaica to collect their crystal skulls, he gasp in surprise after noticing the carcass of the first moroaica.

The moroaica he shot first appears much different than the others. Instead of a hooded rag, she wore more modern clothes such as a brown, long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. She is also barefoot just like the others.

Ethan stared scrutinizingly at the moroaica, wondering how come she is wearing modern clothes. He gasps and widened his eyes in pure shock, it finally hit him.

He knew who the moroaica in modern clothes is.

An image of Bella appeared in Ethan's head.

It's that girl. One of the other outsiders! Looks like that psycho witch and her cronies turned her into one of those vampires. Ethan thought.

I never trusted her and her...I think boyfriend...anyway. They would most likely throw me under the bus if I ask them to work together. Ethan thought.

He unlocks the door to the Special Chamber with the Iron Insignia Key and walked inside to collect the treasure.

Ethan snuck through the castle, trying to make his way back to the Merchant Room so that he can sell the Special Chamber Treasure and Crystal Skulls for more lei.

When he entered the Main Hall, to his relief, there is no sign of Dimitrescu and her daughters. However, something in the Main Hall caught Ethan's attention.

There is a pile of dust, ash, and soot on the ground. Ethan looked around to make sure Dimitresscu and her daughters are not coming and quickly walked over to the pile of soot to take a closer look.

He noticed charred pieces of clothing on the ash pile as well as sparkles. Realizing what the pile of ash used to be, Ethan gasps.

It's that outsider man! The boyfriend! Looks like that psycho witch burned him into ash. He was not human. What was he? That doesn't matter. He's already dead. I better get out of this castle and find Rose. Ethan thought.

He turned around and rushes back into the Merchant Room, closing the door behind him.

Dimitrescu and her daughters arrive in the Main Hall. Dimitrescu glanced at the pile of ash that used to be Edward and abruptly looks away, grimacing.

"Don't worry, Mother. We'll clean it up." Bela told Dimitrescu.

"Thank you, daughters." Dimitrescu said, walking upstairs.

Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela, holding brooms and dustpans kneel down and started sweeping up the ash pile.

I've had so much fun writing this. I purposefully made some parts funny. Yes, they're meant to be hilarious in a dark way. It's fitting for Resident Evil.
