These would be almost exclusively ladies hired to both work in the underground cheese shop, feeding and selling stinky cheese, and out of the streets convincing people to get hooked on stinky cheese through sex.
Since Bjornson is the main guy behind stinky cheese sales, he would have probably hired these cheese peddlers based more off charisma than looks.
