Narrator: Wealth, Fame, Power. The man who had acquired everything in this world, the Pirate King, Gold Roger. The final words that were said at his execution, sent people to the seas. "My wealth and my treasures? If you want it, I'll let you have it." "Look for it, I left all of it at that place!" Men now, chasing their dreams, head towards the Grand Line. The world now enters a Great Age of Pirates! Gathering together all our dreams.Luffy: Oh! What a nice day! It's Gorgeous!!
Luffy yells this into the air as Koby is behind him smiling while seeing his excitement. Y/N was reading his book, using only one hand to hold it up considering the size of it was small, his umbrella still up and open provided him with some shade.
Koby: Keep going this way! We'll see the navy base soon.
Luffy: Koby! You're good at this! You mean we're going to reach the place we originally set out for!?!?
Koby: Sure That's the basic skill of a sailor! You're still in a good mood, Luffy.
Koby then starts to adjust his glasses.
Koby: You know there's nothing to be giggly about. I heard that he was caught there! The famous bounty hunter Roronoa Zoro! A bloody animal! Hunting down pirates! He cuts them into pieces! He's a man, known as "the demon".
Koby Then starts to imagine what Zoro would look like and what he does to his victims.
Koby: You shouldn't even dare-
Before he could finish his sentence Y/N stretched his arm into the water grabbed a fish by its tail and smacked Koby in the face with it. All while not looking up from his book.
Koby holds his face in pain after getting smacked with a wet fish.
Koby: W-why did you do that?
Y/N: How did that feel?
Koby: It hurt a lot.
Y/N: Well that's how people feel when you insult their dreams or plans. Plus, how do you know Zoro won't join us? We haven't even tried yet.
Y/N then places the fish back into the water apologizing to it as he did.
Koby: B-
Y/N: See how you never tried to accomplish your dream so you got stuck with Alvida for a long time? Now that you're actually trying, look how far you've gotten, you're even closer to your dream now, and this all wouldn't have happened if you didn't try.
Koby was silent for the rest of the trip because of Y/N's words, and also not wanting to be smacked by a fish again. After a bit more of sailing they reached their destination.
Luffy: We are finally here!
Y/N put his book in his back pocket and picked up his umbrella and followed Luffy as he started to walk towards the marine base stationed on the island. Koby caught up to them and tried to reason with them again.
Koby: Hey Luffy, Y/N. Don't be stupid enough to see him! You're out of your mind if you think it's a good thing to get the man to join you!
Luffy: Well, I haven't decided yet depends on whether he is a good guy or not.
Koby: He's is a bad guy! That's why he was caught!
Y/N: Thats not true.
Koby: Huh?
Y/N: Let me tell you something Koby. Our world isn't fair. Sometimes you can get imprisoned by mistake and be stuck for how long before they figure out you were actually innocent. But when they release you it's to late, most of your life is gone. I'm not saying Zoro didn't do anything wrong, but you can't always assume every imprisoned person is a bad guy.
