Imagine: Kai telling you his horrible jokes

"Kai for the last time, I don't want to hear it. " you begged for him to shut up already.

For about three hours, Kai has been telling jokes to you. Oh how you wish for him to stop! He crawls closer to you and smiles, he curls you up into his arms.

"Come on! I'm funny, you can't lie." He exclaims with so much energy. You are amazed to see where he gets it from cause you don't even have that much energy even with a cup of coffee. You shook your head telling him no, he gasps dramatically a d shoves you away.

"How dare you not find me funny?"  He puts his hand on his chest to act how offend he is by your statement.

You shook your head laughing at him, you show him grabby hands for him to come closer. He waddles his way toward you, you open your arms wide for him to weasel his way into you. He smells of citrus and wood, it reminds you the times that you have stayed late at night whenever it rains in the woods of Mystic falls.

"I'm so bored! We need to plan something for the day?" You suggested to him, as you slip your fingers through his hair. He hums softly and smiles, Kai turns to look at you and mumbles out "We can go to a fancy restaurant."

"We can do that later during the day but I just don't want to be inside the house all day along." You whine.

'Well, we can go groceries and then we can go to your favorite place."

"I hope you are suggesting the bloody bookstore."

He nods his head softly. You quickly push him away to get ready for the day ahead of you.

"What are we going to eat at the store?" Kai questions looking at you through the side of his eye.

"First, I need some coffee then we will wing it." You say while pushing the cart forward so you can get you cup of coffee quicker. Kai trails behind you trying to keep up, he quickly places his hand on yours. you turn to look at him and smile softly, just these small little gesture that Kai makes always makes your hearts swell with joy.

"Oh! Look at these Y

. " Kai lets go of you hand and jogs to a product near by, " A Penne for your thoughts."

You sook your head, can't believe that he is stating again with his puns. Kai just stood there with a goofy smile and drops the packet of Penne pasta in the cart. You know that you will be regretting bring Kai to the store. he will not contain himself on making jokes throughout the whole time being here.

The both of you are still in the aisle still grabbing different types of pasta and other sauces, the phone in your pocket began to ring.you quickly fished it out of you bag and answered it, you didn't really checked on who could possibly be calling you.

"Hi!"

"Hello, little love."

For screaming for joy, you almost drop the sauce. A smile appears on your face, it has been long since you haven't heard from the Original hybrid. The last time you have ever heard of him when he left for New Orleans. You can say that you were quiete butt hurt with the fact tat he left without saying a goodbye.

"What I do for you, Klaus?" You asked through the phone. There was a small hope for you to hear Rebekah in the background but there was nothing. You could hear the voice of another male presence that you did not recognize.

"What did i ever do wrong for you to call me Klaus. I thought that I was you Nik." You could he the hurt through his voice, but in this moment you kind of didn't care cause he did not say goodbye to you.

"No goodbye."

"Ahh! i completely understand now, but don't worry i won't forget your bye when i arrive to your house.

"What!?" You were in kind of shocked, why would he come back to Mystic Falls. Is he in danger or anyone of his siblings?

"Please do not fret, I just want to see you okay."

"Oh okay. See you. Bye"

Bye, little one."

You hang up the phone and turn to face Kai, he was just staring at you. kai could feel how nervous and worried you are but he quickly grabs a s'mores kits, then states "Life's s'mores fun wit puns."
You couldn't help but laugh, Kai goes to preform a little happy dance for achieving on making you laugh from one of his puns. As the two of you were roaming around the store, Kai kept on grabbing products that were display to make puns out of them.

"What did the grape say when it got crushed?" Kai divulges for another joke.

"What did they say" You giggled as you start to organize the cart to have much more space for the other merchandise.

"Nothing, it just let out a little wine."

Kai places the grapes and the bottle of wine in he cart, he walks toward you to wrap his arms around your waist. You sniffle a laugh and hugged him as well, his hugs are the best in the world. You can't get enough of them, you want to stay in them all day and to never get out of your house. You felt the safest in his arms, you look up to him and cups his cheeks in your small hands. Place a kiss on his soft lips, you felt him smile then you slowly pull away to say,

"I love you cherry much!"

Kai awes and hugs you tighter not wanting to let go of your adorable self.

"Chai love you more."
