after the fall of the world, spasms shake the very core of the earth.
when the rains come down, and that is rarely, they come down hard as bullets, only pounding the ground into itself harder.

in this world, pirates roam the land.
in this world, survivors almost never meet.
in this world, nothing can be fixed.
something about this sea isnt right takes place in a post-apocalyptic america, where conditions are so dire that the country- if you can call it that- is unrecognizable and populations have declined so sharply that there is hardly any civilization.
each character is left to fend for themselves, each in a vastly different but painfully similar situation. in an obscure, hollowed city in what used to be tennessee, there is a ramshackle, primitive settlement. but to today's people, it is eden.
[i know this sucks. i'm mostly doing this for my own enjoyment- -row row row your boat]
