Everyone were praising Wen Qing as the best cook but she refused it saying "thank you for your words but there is a other person who is even more better than me"
"Really? We need to see her and taste her recipe" Jinling said.
"But unfortunately she is not alive" she said.
"I feel bad for her" Shizui said. Wen Qing looked at Wei who was controlling his tears and was worried.
"Ah give me a moment please" Wei excused himself and went to the kitchen.
Wen Qing could not help but can only feel bad for him. She lost her brother while he lost his sister, both of them had a very big loss!
"Jiejie have you tasted her recipe? Which is your favorite dish of her? asked Lan Jingyi.
"Hmm yeah I have tasted a little but my most favorite is Lotus Seed Soup"
"Wow feels like your soo lucky but not we" Jinling pouted.
Wen Qing felt soo sorry for Jinling cause little did he know the woman she is talking about is, his own mother.

"Yeah, I believe as you say Jiejie" Jinling said obediently. Deep inside Jinling too know the impossibility of tasting the dish of the person Wen Qing mentioned as she is not alive but acted out to assure her. Wen Qing grinned.
"Um all of you drink how much you want, I will be back soon"
Wen Qing excused herself and she went to the kitchen.
At the Kitchen:
"Wei I know you miss Li Jiejie but it's OK I am...
....
I am......here for you" Wen Qing said while holding Wei's hand sincerely.
"No A-Qing it's not only about her, it's about everyone" Wei said.
"Everyone means?"
"I miss Li Jiejie, Jiang Cheng, Jiang Fengmin uncle, Madam Yu cause we were soo happy and peaceful at that time, no worries, no pain, only joy, happiness, care and love ❤" he started crying while saying these words.
"But now all I got is separation, pain, sadness, worries and hate 💔 I am even called as World's Enemy like what did I do? I still can't get how I lost my control on Wen Ning" he cried soo hard.
"It's OK Wei atleast we have each other's shoulders to rely and soul to cry and wipe the tears from our heart, it's enough for me and I think it would be enough for you also and moreover you have Master Wangji by your side so there is nothing to worry just carry on, if we have everything we wish we'll become ungrateful that's why these happen dear Wei" she said and consoled him.
"Did you know how much I hated you for leaving me alone powerless at the burial grounds as you all prepared to surrender to the Jin????" Wei was sincere!
"I didn't have any choice Wei, but promise me hereafter you won't cry for what happened cause the Wei I know is not this weak, he is powerful than anyone so will you?" She asked
"Promise I won't cry" he said and they made pinky Promise 💕
Then suddenly they heard the juniors started shouting "Master Lan" in excitement. Both Wei and Wen Qing went to see him Wen Qing saw he was tired so she went to serve him the soup.
"Lan Zhan I am here to introduce my old friend but by the way what happened with that masked theif? Did you catch him?" Wei asked.
"No I could not, I attacked him three times but even though he escaped.................and who is the friend you said you will introduce?" Lan Zhan asked.
"Master Lan, I am conveying my greetings to you" Wen Qing said as she bowed. Lan Zhan starred at her and made an eye contact with her as he was surprised to see her.
(He has never seen any woman like this before but Wen Qing's presence make him act different and weird, on the otherside Wei burns like fire cause of jealousy 😂)
"Miss.Wen Qing? How are you? I heard that you have been burnt alive in fire" Wangji asked.
"Yes Master.Lan they are rumors, I am not burned alive it's a long story, I would say it while you drink this soup" she said.
Lan Zhan tasted the soup. "Hmm it tastes soo good, drinking such a tasty soup after a long time"
"For this appreciation only you were waiting for this much time huh A-Qing?" Wei asked.
"It's not like that Wei, before I tell you my past I need the juniors to sleep" she said as she slowly casted some power on the juniors who were talking which made everyone sleep except Wei Wuxian and Lang Wangji.
