I went on the couch to turn on a movie while I ate my pizza then my phone buzzed

As I waited for him I went to go put the pizza in the fridge because I wanted to save the rest for later
about 10 minutes later I hear a knock at the door
I opened the door
" hi " I said stepping aside for him to come in
" hello"
"Wanna watch a movie" I said while picking up the remote
" I'm going to pick the movie because if you go to frozen or Moana I am going to chop my ears off!" He said while taking the remote
"Okay okay you can choose the movie "
He picked a movie on Netflix and it was called fear street 1994
After about 2 hours later of watching all three parts of the movie I was ready to go to bed
" Do you want me to stay "
" uh yeah "
We went to my room after turning off the tv and the lights that were on
" you wanna go on the roof top ?"
"Why"
" I can't sleep "
" yeah sure let's go" he said while getting up after me
I climbed out my window and lie down on the roof top looking at the stars as he lie down beside me
"Do you believe in god?"I said while fidgeting with my fingers
"Do you believe in god?" He said while looking over at me
"Yes , I mean like aren't you supposed to just have faith in him and trust that he knows what he's doing."
"Well that's true but people have choices whether they pick the right choice and live a peaceful and free life or they don't and suffer " he said while looking up at the stars
" what if your living in sin but your trying everything in your power to run away from it but it keeps finding its way back to you " I said curiously
" we'll I think you should pray to god and ask him to help get rid of sin "
" do you think he hears us when we pray to him because sometime I feel like I'm talking to myself "
" it may feel like your talking to yourself but you have to trust and have faith that he hears everything you say to him "

I think it means that whoever believes in god and lives a sin free life would have and peaceful and eternal afterlife .

I think it means that god wants us to trust him with all of our problems , he wants us to go to him whenever we're feeling stressed, sad , depressed, worried, scared , or angry.
"Ok I'm going to go to bed" I said as I climbed through my window
He came in behind me and shut the window
And lie down next to me in the bed
