I walk down the stairs, instantly greeted by the scent of food. Pausing at the final step, I see my girlfriend speaking to her phone with a smile. She was making another one of cooking videos for her Instagram, which seemed to be a common occurrence on her stories.
Florence's head turns as she sees Y/N's small figure standing at the end of the stairs, a smile plastered on her face as she admires her girlfriend cooking in front of her phone camera.
"Hey baby" Flo says softly as she sends me a smile. "Come say hi" she states as she waves her arms, urging me to step into the cameras view.
Stepping in front of the camera, I'm tackled by Florence's arms, reaching out to pull me into a hug.
"Hey love" I say under a smile, turning round to give the camera a small wave. "What you up to?"
"I'm making Tzatziki! Come try"
Florence reaches into the bowl, scooping a small amount of her homemade Tzatziki onto her finger, before putting it into my mouth with a giggle.
"Good right?" Flo asks as she watches intensely for her girlfriends reaction.
"More than good" I say, earning a blush from Florence.
Knowing cooking isn't really her own best talent, Y/N steps out of the frame, sitting on the sofa next to the kitchen counter to watch Flo as she continues to talk to her phone. Y/N watches in awe, everything she does is so perfect. The way her eyes light up every time Y/N walks into the room, the way her blonde locks lay over her face as she focuses on her cooking, the way her hips sway to the music playing in the background.
"Yeah I'm dancing with my homemade Tzatziki aren't you!?" Florence exclaims, smiling to the camera.
I laugh under my breath, giggling at the pure joy radiating off my girlfriend as she dances round the kitchen, looking proud of her new creation.
"Cooking with Flo, over and out, bye!" I hear Florence say as she leans over into the lens. Stopping her video, Flo runs up to me, jumping on top of my body, attacking me with kisses.
I squeal under her touch, returning the affection as I wrap my arms around her neck engulfing her into a big hug.
"I love you Flo, so so much." I tell my girlfriend, as I stare lovingly into her green eyes.
"I love you more pretty girl"
