I watch as my boyfriend of 2 years makes lunch for our special hiking trip he turns to me. "Babe I'm finished" I nod and put on my shoes I pull out the basket and put the food inside.
"M/n almost ready you take the basket I'll get the blanket and the other things" M/n smiles taking the basket from me and walking to the door and leaving.
I walk back to the rooms grab the needed items and go outside after loading the car and hopping in with M/n.
I start up the car and pull out of the driveway. M/n turns on the GPS the robotic voice speaks take a left on the xxx street.
I follow the instructions and after we get out and unpack the car we start hiking up the trail After a while I check my clock at 3:00 and we continue up for a few more minutes until we reach our view spot.
We set up the picnic blanket. We share sandwiches and drinks.
After eating we share a soft kiss. I start packing up handing the basket to M/n, taking the blanket, and picking up any leftover trash.
Once again heading down the mountain we get into the car after loading everything up. M/n opens the door to our house and we are greeted by our cat and dog he bends over to pick up our pet dog kissing her forehead and doing the same to the cat.
He sits down with the both of them and turns on the TV he motions for me to sit next to him. He lays his head on my shoulder and falls asleep.
