I woke up to my alarm going off and a heavy weight on my chest I groan at the feeling and look down to see Jordan sleeping soundly
"Jordan baby I gotta get ready for work" I say in the nicest tone possible "just a few more minutes "he says snuggling deeper into my chest and wrapping his arms around me
"I can't be late "I say trying to get him off me "okayyyy" he groans and rolls off my taking all the cover exposing my semi naked body
I had a shirt on just not any pants or bra or drawls and I know what your think I think? No Jordan and I did not do the nasty well

I get up and go take a quick shower and get ready for work and while all of this is happening Jordan is still sleep I'm about to leave when I give Jordan a kiss on the cheek
"Lock the door when you leave" I whisper in his ear "mhm" he says half sleep I head out and make my way to work
"Damn my birthday is coming up I'm gonna be 21 in 2 days and ion got shit planned welp no need to stress about it now"
I thought to myself pulling into the Starbucks drive through to get some hot chocolate senses I don't drink coffee
I get my drink and processed to work I get there and get my first client a regular due to privacy reasons I can't disclose what we talked about but yk I did my thang

I had left Mae'lani's crib to come home and get ready for practice I pack my duffle bag and get changed
I start to make my way to the arena an I was thinking about Mae'lani's birthday the whole time I was driving I wanted to do something special for her but I didn't know what to do
I asked her about it a few times but she said she didn't want anything and she thinks birthdays aren't that special but me oh imma turn up
With out even noticing how much time went past I was pulling into the parking garage I park get my things and make my way inside so I can stretch and warm up
"Maybe if I talk to the guys they can help me" I say to myself
I walk in a greet everyone and walk over to Steph "bro I need some help" I say "wassup jp?" He says shooting a three
"So don't you know my friend who I want to be more then my friend Mae'lani " I say making a lay up but I was loud enough where Draymond could hear me causing him to say "yeah we know her " he says walking up
"We'll her birthday is coming up and I want to treat her to something special because she works so hard for everything she has and never gives herself a break" I say looking down at the ball before shooting it
"So you like her like her because I haven't seen you like this sense-"Steph says and I cut him off "yea yea but I need y'all help what should I do" I say "well I think you should get her a pandora bracelet and break her back in"Klay says grabbing a towel to wipe his face "I think you should take her out to eat and get her hair and stuff done my wife loves stuff like that"Steph says grabbing his water bottle
"I think you should give her a cupcake and give her a hug n kith" Draymond says hugging himself and making smooch noises
Juan came over "what we talking about " he ask's throwing the ball into the air "Jordan is crying throwing up sliding down walls about his friend who he wants to be more then friends with but they do stuff othey are kinda friends with benefits but Jordan wants to be more then friends so he wants to do something big for her for her birthday " Steph says out of breath by the end of the sentence
"Mmmm ok I see I see"Juan says with his hand on his chin
Everyone starts talking at once trying to figure out how or what to do for this girls birthday Jordan say there in silence tinkering
"I got it" Jordan says loud enough where everyone went silent "soooo what are you gonna do" Andrew says "I'm give her the best birthday gift of all time" Jordan says and his eyes light up "what ? "Everyone says in sync
"Deez nuts nigga now let's get back to work" Jordan says dropping his smile everyone throws up there hands I defeat letting out a big "ugghhhh"
Jordan laughs and continues with his work out
