After spending a few more minutes in his room talking, I eventually left, and went back to Hailey's room. I knock on her door before entering, and walk inside to see her smiling like a crazy person. She breathes in, and makes a face.

"I take it things went well, considering you are covered in Blake's scent," Hailey says, crossing her arms, giving me a look. I blush violently, and go sit next to her on her couch.

"Yes," I admit. She looks over at me, and smiles.

"It's okay. I'm just giving you a hard time. I'm glad you decided to give him another chance, and also that you are getting along now that you stopped denying the mate bond," Hailey rambles.

"It's not like you really gave me an option on giving him a second chance Hails," I tell her, and push her slightly, laughing. She wraps my hand in hers, and leans her head on my shoulder, and lets out a happy sigh.

"So, what do you want for dinner?" she asks, and smiles. She knows all too well of my love for food. I eat all the fricken time, grant it I have to work out extra, but in order to eat all the time it's worth it.

Sadly, as an alpha I have to keep my body in shape, so I have to work off what I eat. Which, might I tell you, is a pain in the but. It's a good thing that I lead the training sessions with the younger kids, and kids my age in the pack anyways.

"Pizza, I want to make pizza," I tell her, and jump up, running down to their kitchen. "Where's the flower and stuff in this place?" I yell to her. I hear her grumble to herself, and slowly trudge down the stairs, and walks into the kitchen.

"I'll find everything for you, then I'll let you cook," she says, and starts getting out the ingredients for the pizza dough, and sauce, and other stuff. I laugh, and nod, knowing that Hailey is not one to cook. She's never been good at cooking, and probably never will be. The last time I saw her near a stove, it caught fire, and pretty much burnt down the kitchen.

I step out of her way, as she gets out all of the stuff that I'll need, and relax for a moment. Finally, everything was pretty much perfect. I mean I was still going to make Blake work for it, but I'm no longer denying the mate bond, which trust me relieves a lot of stress. Speak of the devil, I hear him open, then slam his door close. I cringe, but at the same time a small smile starts making it's way to my lips. I wish I could deny that knowing that he's coming down here would make me beyond upset, but I honestly can't.

"Okay, I got all the stuff out for you. Now it's your turn," Hailey says, snapping me out of my daze. I get up, and head to the counter. I turn the oven to preheat at 350 degrees, and get started on the dough. After that, I open the pizza sauce, and pour it on, and spread it on the dough. Then I put a bunch of cheese on it, and add pepperoni to my side, since Hailey doesn't like pepperoni, crazy lady.

Blake has made his way downstairs by now, and is sitting at the breakfast bar with Hailey, making small talk. I'm not really paying attention to them, working on the pizza, and get it into the oven just as the preheat timer goes off, telling me I can cook it now.

I pop it in, and set a timer for 30 minutes, then I go over, and sit across from Hailey and Blake. They both turn to me, and smile. "So, whatcha talking about?" I ask them.

"Amazingly, history. We were discussing the different subjects we have for the partner project this week. I wasn't aware that you and Blake were partners. I was just telling Blake how Jack was my partner, and how he's actually been a big help with it," Hailey tells me.

"Cool, so what's your topic?" I ask her. She rolls her eyes, and I can tell she hates her topic.

"It's actually really stupid, I mean the one I'm stuck with is a project that 8th graders do. It's on the Oregon Trail, and the Oregon Territory," she tells me.

"Okay, no offence or anything, but that is a really stupid subject for a senior to be doing," I tell her.

"I know right. So, what's your guys's subject?" she asks us.

"Our project is on famous old native american tribes, and their famous chiefs," Blake tells her. She raises her eyebrows.

"That's actually a pretty cool topic. I wish I was doing that instead of working on an 8th grade level project," Hailey grumbles. I reach my hand over, and pat her on the shoulder.

"So, let's change the topic. What do you want to talk about?" I ask them. They look at each other and nod, and I can tell they are talking through their mind-link.

"I think you should tell Blake about Nate," Hailey tells me, a hint of guiltiness in her voice. I look over at her, with an expression asking her if I have to. She slightly nods her head.

"Okay, well umm. Nate, was one of my boyfriends. I dated him last year in Junior year. He was actually really nice, and sweet. After a while, his demeanor kind of changed. He seemed more distant, and I constantly had to ask him if he was okay. He became more and more distant and it was making me really nervous.

"Eventually I got tired of it, and confronted him about why he had been avoiding me, and he got really angry, and started yelling at me about how I shouldn't get into other peoples business, and how I should just stick to dealing with my own pathetic life. It hurt me, and he apologized right after he said it, and I thought he meant it. But he would continue to have these random outbursts towards me, making me feel worse about myself than I already did.

"I always thought that maybe I could help him, and I wouldn't have to break up with him. But eventually Hailey and Chris started to notice that I wasn't acting the same, and made me realize that I needed to break up with him. So I did, and when I did he yelled, and yelled at me. Telling me that I was pathetic, and useless, and how nobody would ever love me because I was weak, and not important. That's when I cracked, and became really depressed, and dyed by hair black, and started wearing dark clothes all the time, and never talked to anyone.

"Eventually Chris and Hailey were able to bring me back to who I used to be, and built up my self esteem. You didn't really help with that at the time, but I'm learning forgiving you for what you did. And yeah," I say, finishing my story. Hailey looks at me, feeling bad for me, even though she's heard the story a thousand time. Heck, she lived this story with me. I look over, and Blake won't meet my eyes. I try to move so that we can make eye contact, but he refuses to meet my gaze.

"I'm so sorry Isabelle. I'm sorry for everything I did. I'm sorry for what this guy did to you. I'm just, so sorry," Blake says, finally looking me in the eyes. The second his gaze reaches mine, I can tell that his apology is sincere. Hailey slowly gets up, and walks to the living room, giving Blake and I some privacy.

"Blake it's okay. I forgive you, and besides you didn't know about Nate, it's not your fault," I tell him, putting my hand on top of his.

"It doesn't change the fact that I never should have treated you like that. I'm beyond sorry for everything that I've ever done to you. I really mean it, you have to understand that I didn't mean the things that I did or said to you," Blake says, trying to apologize.

"Blake, it's okay. I forgive you," I tell him, actually meaning it. He looks up at me, and looks me in the eye.

"You do?" he asks me. I slowly nod my head.

"Yeah, I really do," I tell him, tears escaping my eyes. I've been fighting with myself for almost a week, trying to decide whether I could ever forgive him or not. Now it's clear, I just needed him to say sorry, and mean it from the bottom of his heart.

I move around to his side of the breakfast bar, and sit down next to him. "I forgive you Blake," I tell him, and he leans over and and captures my lips in his. Nothing in the world could compare the amazing feeling of his lips on mine.
