In this au, Killer dies which breaks and soaks Nightmare's heart in a tub of hatred and despair. Nightmare wants revenge, and in the end he gets it. But after that he killed himself, he couldn't live in a world without Killer in it.

Nightmare knows what he is wearing is weird and cringe but he wore it for Killer. And he changed into his passive self for him too, Killer liked his pastself because It was Nightmare on the inside. The bunny ears are connected to the hoodie. His weapon is a steel pipe.
Everyone's design are still the same only Nightmare's changes.
Story: The star sanses and bad sanses fight again, but this time no one was holding back. Dream shot a golden arrow towards Nightmare's direction but it was blocked by Killer just in time. The arrow peirced his target-shaped soul. Nightmare saw the scene, and ran to Killer hugging him tight. Nightmare begged Killer not to go but Killer only smiled before dusting in his arms. Nightmare stopped and started crying. Dream saw that and realized he had hurt Nightmare...
Not physically, emotionally and perhaps maybe... mentally too. Dream tried to apologize but Nightmare threw him away with his tenticles. It made him so angry that he killed everyone, except Ink, Error, and Dream. Ink was soulless meaning he can't die, Error escaped through the anti-void, and Dream escaped through a portal with the help of Cross but Cross died within the process of keeping Dream safe.
"You will pay..."
Nightmare takes Killer's hoodie and wraps it around his waist. He didn't wear it because he felt the lack of permission even though Killer is dead. He goes back to the castle and looks at the place. The castle didn't have a purpose anymore. He went inside and headed inside his room.
He rummages to everything and sees a ridiculous rabbit hoodie on the bed. He looked at it and there was a letter. "Hey boss, I got you this. It's for our anniversary, I know It's stupid but I want to see you in it. But its okay if you don't want to"
Nightmare's eyesockets started to water, it was their Confession anniversary today, Nightmare wore the hoodie and cried again. He left the room and teleported to a random au. There were he began his revenge. He killed every monster he could find there, he also found a metal steel pipe.
He used that to get the job done, and he found a pack of cigarettes and a lighter in a store. He decided to give it a shot and he put the cigarettes and lighter inside his pockets. He also went to grillby's of that au and drank everything he could find. Nothing was working, he wasn't tipsy at all nor drunk.
He then teleported to another au and started doing the same thing over again. Kill, smoke, drink, leave. He also tried to find dream, to kill him for killing his beloved. After decades of the same routine, he found Dream and killed him using the metal steel pipe.
It was done, but the multiverse started to crumble. He smiled and smoked the last cigarette he had and teleported back to the castle, the castle was covered in vines. He teleported inside and headed to his room.
He looked at his bathroom door, and decided to take his own life since he was basically lifeless at this point, he didn't forget about Killer. He wanted to be with him, so he did. He went inside the bathroom, filled up the tub. And drowned himself in there.
When he got the the afterlife, he saw Killer. He ran to him and they both hug eachother, Killer started crying and said "N-n-nighty... you actually wore it..." Nightmare smiled and said "why would I not? It was our anniversary..." then flames started to engulf them.
They might be happy, but their sins could not be forgiven.
