Clover grinned over at Lukas. "This is great! I can't believe I was going to miss all of this, just to go back home and blow stuff up!"

Lukas smiled softly at his friend. "I'm glad you like it." Clover squished the slime ball in their hand. "I fucking love it man! It's so lively, and just.. It's really beautiful here, too."

"I guess I agree. I haven't really seen where you're from and all." Lukas replied, leaning towards Clover. "Oh, you would not like it down there, it's hot all day and there are griefers practically crawling out of every building that is still standing." They explained, continuing to play around with their slimeball.

"Huh. Interesting." Lukas looked up and scanned the area around them for a familiar face. "Have you met Jesse yet?" Clover hummed in response. "Clove, have you met them yet?" Lukas replied, snapping his fingers to get their attention.

"Oh, yeah, I've met them. They seem nice. Nicer than your pussies, that is." Lukas groaned at the comment. "I said stop." Clover giggled as Lukas poked their side playfully. "You just don't like the word 'pussy', do you?"

"No! I hate it! And quit saying it so loudly, you're getting weird looks from other people!" Clover looked around. "Pussy."

Lukas lightly shoved them, almost knocking them off the bench. "I said quit it already." Clover grinned. "What if I yelled that out loud, huh? What would you do then? Kick me out of the convention?"

Lukas rolled his eyes. "I'd get you in trouble with security." Clover gave him a 'pfft' in response. "You wouldn't. You're too much of a pussy, and ya love me too much."

"Mm. You got me there." Lukas put his slime away and stood up. "So.. You're a pussy." Clover said, standing up along with him. "Quit saying that word!"

"Fine, fine."

"Good. Great, even. Now let's go explore some more, I'm bored from sitting on a bench for however long we were even on it." Clover stretched, earning a few satisfying cracks from their back. They sighed contently.

"Alright, first one to the chicken trap owes me a slice of pie." They dashed off without warning. "Hey wait, that's cheating! And you didn't even say what would happen if I won!" Lukas shouted, and ran after them, catching up fairly quickly. He was a little pissed, he couldn't help but smile, though.
