-Carrie's POV-

“Hello? Aunt Grace? Yes, I'm going to a friend's place to hang out. I'll be back slightly before 7pm. Alright. See you!” I called my aunt on my phone once I stepped out of school.

“Alright. Carrie, today we are going to practice the dance, ” Thalia immediately had us on task once we reached their home. I got the video out of the 4 Jovial 2022 official class chat group. Iris somehow managed to connect my phone to their television so that the image would be bigger and it would be easier to follow the steps.

“The emcee would go ‘ Next up, Primary 4 J will be dancing to A Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay. Primary 4 J, please,” Carissa got the rehearsal started.

It was hard to follow the steps at first 😭😭😭. Luckily, Lyna's really good at dance and she could demonstrate the steps clearly.

To be honest, whatever would I have done without Lyna's help?

For the next few days, I headed to their home straight after school for their help. The dance grew easier as the days went by.

In just a few weeks, I knew. No one would be there to help me.

I was all on my own. I needed to make every session count.
