Just usual... A normal first period school day for both Tamia and Lily. Tamia always came in before Lily and then sit down in her writing class and type on her phone.

Lily would show up and start talking to the other and mostly hang out with her friends while Tamia was stuck in her group who wouldn't shut up about battle cats or wouldn't stop hitting each other. Tamia probably had the worst team in history right now...

Today, Tamia showed up before Lily and placed her rollable backpack beside her chair like any other day then she would start typing a story on her phone. Tamia also loved to read about Wings Of Fire, a dragon series where every book is a different view of an dragon.

Mrs. McCann, Tamia's writing teacher, would always let them have a break for the first 10 minutes of break. This was enough time for Tamia to suffer in her group while Lily actually had fun.

(Ugh! School is like a prison!) Tamia would think as the volume of her classroom increased then Tamia raised her head up and thought about her Wings Of Fire book. (The dragonets of destiny were trapped in a cave for almost all of their lives... Maybe I'm like them) Tamia compared her life to the dragons in her story and turns out they have very many things in common.

If anything she would give up her team to be with a funnier team like with Lily or Brianna, just someone fun. Tamia stared at her desk and used her sharp nails to scratch at the desk as normal.

(Why won't something interesting happen!?) Tamia thought then she pulled out The Dragonet Prophecy graphic novel book and looked at Clay who was most closer to the cover. Clay had brown scales that seemed to shine a red-orange golden color whenever he was in sunlight. (What if I was in the prophecy, what if me and Lily were in the prophecy, that would be so cool!) Tamia thought to herself as she slumped more in her seat.

10 minutes was up and Mrs McCann had told us to talk with our groups about work. Yeah like that was the case... All Sean and Edwin ever talked about was battle cats and all they ever did was hit each other... Nothing about work and it sucked!

Lily was mostly having the time of her life with real friends who actually liked her and not with fake friends who don't even bother to listen to you about the project. (I'd give my whole team up just to be with Lily and her team!) Tamia mostly kept thoughts to herself but sometimes she just wanted to scream at her group to at least pay attention for a little while.

It would have been fucking nice to have someone listen to you for a while. Tamia looked at her book once more and didn't even bother to look at her computer screen anymore... Why even try? Tamia had looked at the pictures and at the end they were all so happy to be friends, something she would like to have.

Class was over now and Tamia plugged her chromebook in like everyone else was supposed to do. Tamia stayed silent most of the time everyday and that was the only time she felt good. It was nice to have silence especially when you can think and hear your own thoughts.

Tamia would walk through the hall and go on her way to art class when suddenly the book in her hand started to shake. Lily noticed it to and went over to see that the book opened by itself.

"Woah! What's going on?" Lily asked "I don't know!" Tamia replied. They were both confused as sheep with a new sheep that was actually a wolf. They both looked at the book before the were surrounded by pitch black darkness and the book suddenly disappeared.

Tamia looked around until Lily pointed at 6 huge books all together and they were exactly the ones that Tamia had read. There was The Dragonet Prophecy graphic novel, The Lost Heir, The Hive Queen, and Escaping Peril but the other two were The Hidden Kingdom and Winter Turning.

Those two were the ones that she only read partially and known only a couple things about the book. The other books disappeared except one which was The Dragonet Prophecy graphic novel. A gust of reddish-orange air seemed to have come off the book and surround only Tamia and Lily.

The book opened up to the beginning page where the dragonets were beginning to hatch and Webs the SeaWing brought back a RainWing instead of a SkyWing that would be needed to fill the prophecy. They both looked at the picture of the dragonet when the gust of wind pulled them further towards the book.

"We're moving!" Lily shouted at she tried to break free of the winds grip "I don't like where this is heading..." Tamia mumbled as the page glowed a bright yellowish-orange and took them straight in.

Tamia and Lily were found falling from a clear blue sky and they were screaming at the top of their lungs. "No! We're gonna die!" Lily shouted "I don't want my life to end like this!" Tamia tried to turn herself over and tried to see if there was a tree to catch herself on.

Tamia grabbed ahold of Lily and they both huddled up together and waited for them to fall to the ground. They both thought it was the end when something swooped up and caught them just before they hit the ground but they both passed out during the fall.

Whatever this thing was, was something only Tamia knew about and whatever it was, brought them somewhere unusual. Now the only way out was survival and changing the book view.

Maybe this will be a lesson to them as well and maybe Tamia will bond with Lily and others as they journey along with each other.
