CHATTER ECHOES THROUGH THE MOSTLY empty halls of the Hybe building as the 02' line of Enhypen makes their way to the studio to record their parts for a song from their upcoming album.

Though they were excited for their first comeback, that wasn't what the conversation they had been having since leaving their dorms consisted of.

"Are you saying you haven't even approached her?" Jake asks, eyes wide in disbelief as the trio climb up a pair of stairs.

"I panic every time I try to do it!" Sunghoon replies.

"To be honest, she is very intimidating," Jay defends, "She isn't called 'ice princess' for nothing."

"That's true, but how is that we've already become friends with her and you can't even approach her?"

"Because we don't have the biggest crush on her like he does," Jay teases the youngest of the trio this time, wiggling his eyebrows at Sunghoon as they make their way down the corridor.

Sunghoon rolls his eyes, not saying anything else as his mind flashes back to the various times he had seen Jieun around the building by herself, and all the times he failed to go up and talk to her when he came in close contact with her (which, honestly, wasn't much. He'd try to gather up the courage but always failed to do so whenever he was within 5 feet of her because his nerves got the best of him).

He remembers one specific time where he had gone to the company building's cafeteria for lunch and had seen her eating with her fellow members. Soobin had waved at him after seeing that Sunghoon had received his food, motioning for him to join them at their table, but he had panicked when he saw Jieun sitting next to the group's leader, resulting in him simply bowing before rushing out of the cafeteria before any of the members could say something or stop him (he doesn't really recall if she had seen him run out, but if she did, it gave him more of a reason to panic whenever she was around).

"Okay, she's not even that scary," Jay says in between laughter, "She's really cool once you get to know her."

"Yeah, and she's really introverted. Yeonjun hyung was saying that she really likes her peace and quiet." Jake adds.

Sunghoon doesn't say anything else, letting out a defeated sigh as he stands by and watches Jay knock on the door of the studio room they were told to meet at for their recording session.

The eldest opens the door as soon as a muffled 'come in' is heard from from the inside of the room, all three of them shuffling inside and letting out polite 'hello's' and bowing.

It's only when they all stand up properly that Sunghoon takes a look at everyone in the room, eyes landing on the exact person they were just talking about.

Jieun is seated in front of the producers' desk, headphones slid over her ears as she worked on an audio on the computer. She doesn't seem to notice or hear the three boys walk in until Jake claps his hands together, excited to see that she would be helping them record for the song as she's started to produce more.

"Yo!" Jake shouts excitedly, walking over to the very far end of the desk where she was sitting and high-fiving her, "Producer Jieun is working on our song?"
