He's inside Your Home

On a particularly stormy night, Emma Anderson was in her room drawing an art commission for one of her followers on Twitter. "...and done," she said to herself, looking at the drawing, "let's hope they are happy with it... sent." she decided to go to her lounge to watch something on the TV. Suddenly, the power went out with a flash and a loud boom. She was frightened by the sudden flash and darkness that followed. "Must've been lightning,'' she thought to herself.
She heard a rustling from her room soon, followed by footsteps. She turned her phone's flashlight on and nervously went to investigate her room. She noticed her closet door was open, and then she saw a note on her tablet, "Nice art. One small issue. I'm inside your home," said the note. She looked below the words and noticed a drawing sketched on it. In the drawing, a man was wearing a dark hoodie. The man in the hoodie had stubble, and the area around his eyes seemed to be covered in shade.
She looked around her room right before she heard a window break, and the outside storm got louder. She followed the sounds of the storm and found her kitchen window broken with glass on the outside. Assuming the intruder left in a panic, she decided to call 911 and told the authorities what had happened, and they said they'd dispatch an officer around the next hour. She felt tired from the fright she had just had so she covered up the busted window to the best of her abilities and then went to bed, not noticing the pair of eyes watching her from the now-closed closet door.

Ms. Anderson was found dead in her bed with no signs of struggle or any puncture wounds. The story above was found on her lifeless body written on paper in pencil. However, it seems to be inaccurate as there are no calls from Ms. Anderson was reported by any dispatching officer. The picture below shows the note referenced above.
