3rd person's POV
The bell finally rang after what felt like ages to Anne, and she quickly jumped up and gathered her things, before waiting for Sasha to do the same."Hurry up, you're so slow." She said while tapping her foot repeatedly.
The blonde sent her a glare, but she ignored it, as Sasha finally slung her backpack over her shoulder and they walked out of class.
On their way out, a certain raven-haired girl quickly dashed out of the class and Sasha's eyes followed her which made Anne confused, but she didn't mention it.
Once they walked out and into the halls, people were passing by as a silence fell between the two girls, the only noise being the people around them.
"So... what did you have to tell me?"
"Hmm?" She said, and looked at her confused.
Anne sent her an unimpressed look, "Don't tell me you already forgot the bet,"
"Oh! That! Yeah, no, I didn't forget, sucks for you, Boonchuy."
Anne rolled her eyes but said, "Whatever, just say what it is, dude."
Sasha cheekily grinned before saying, "You sure you want me to say it with all these people around?"
Anne paused as she looked around and saw all the students chattering as they got near her class, and she finally looked back at Sasha, "I don't really care, to be honest."
"Ah, shamelessness, huh? I like it," She said and sent her a finger gun which made her let out a breath for.
"Anyways, it has to do with, role-model student, Marcy Wu."
Anne frowned as she looked at her and said, "The girl that went to the same middle school as us?"
"That's the one! She's so... you know, I don't wanna be mean since she's probably cool but the teachers, man. They praise her so much and frogging compare the rest of us to her," Sasha said while grimacing.
"Yeah... But I'm sure it's not her fault, she seems like a cool girl!" The brunette said with a smile.
Sasha's grimace dropped and turned into a smirk as she stared at Anne, who realized she must've did something to get that annoying look she was used to.
"Tsk, Sasha, what is it now?"
"See? You're already defending her, you'll do great!" She said as they finally reached Anne's classroom.
"Huh?" She said and turned to her.
"The bet is... well, for you to somehow be able to kiss Marcy Wu, it'd be impossible, so good luck with that!" Sasha rushed out before quickly spinning around and leaving.
Anne stood there in confusion before realization hit her, and she finally understood why Sasha had been staring at Marcy so much.
She gulped at the thought, the bet was nearly impossible and she didn't want to kiss Marcy, or at least that's what she thought, but with a sigh, she quickly entered her classroom.
She walked towards her table and sat down, and while she was pulling out her notebook, someone sat down at the seat next to her.
She looked up, only to freeze, as she recognized who it was.
Marcy Wu. Marcy Wu was sitting next to her.
