Bio: Shin Takeshi is a graduate student in Japan and was well known by the student as 'The Protector' when he protects innocent people when he sees them in the area he walks into as he is well known for his motorcycle skills. After graduation, he ends up encountering the former Nazi member of the team after WW2, Shocker, where they kidnapped him and turn him into a cyborg. They plan to make people into their own cyborg army in world domination as they planned to use Wasp Woman (Bee Woman after Wasp Woman's demise as a secret backup plan) to obtain Skullheart and use it for the purpose of domination and even plan to advance the technology to try to surpass the god. After the process of turning him into a Cyborg, he breaks free and was guided by a familiar man they know of, Hiroshi Midorikawa, to escape the facility. Hiroshi told him everything about what they were going next to find the Skullheart and told him that he remains a cyborg for the rest of his life as Shin begin to question himself. Before they could go, he was assassinated by Shocker Combatant Men as Shin transforms as Kamen Rider and defeat the foot-soldiers as he must go to the Canopy Kingdom to prevent everyone from having the same fate as himself.
