Cafeteria

"You wanna know who paused at 53:03" Steve rambles. "People who like boobies" "Ew don't say boobies" robin says ruffing up her hair in the mirror. "Just calm down robin she obviously likes you back" I say digging through my bag to search for my green ribbon. "No don't tell me to calm down because if Steve asks out a girl and she says no he's ego may be a little bruised but if I ask out the wrong girl I'll be the clown of town" (ik thats not what she says but just go along with me bae) "And don't give me advice y/n you've been in a relationship for longer then I can remember" Robin groans. "That's why I should give you advice" I laugh at her stress tying the ribbing into my hair trying to look at my self through the review mirror.

"Chrissy babe, I love you Chrissy" Jason says. Chrissy who is standing next to me blows him a kiss. I giggle elbowing her and her cheeks turn red.
Our routine went pretty well even though it wasn't much. But we didn't want to do much because we wanted to wow people for tonight's big game.

After the little pep rally I was walking into the canteen with Steve and robin trey of food in hand. "I thought she had blond hair?" Steve questions. "What no she does I was talking about her outfit. It's not the 50s she needs to pack it up" I say as we walk to the table us and a few other people always sit.

I'm laughing with Steve about the stupidest  things when robin punches my shoulder. "Ow what was-" I look up and see Eddie walk along a table yelling at people" oh god that boy is dumb. "You got a problem freak" Jason threatens getting up of his seat. Eddie makes a weird noise and puts up devil horns. He hops back down off the table. I walk past him with out even wanting to make eye contact. He was being stupid.

That was until he grabbed my hand forcing me to turn back. He looks at my chest for a minute then back at my eyes hand not leaving mine. "I like your necklace" he smiles. His hand removes from my finger tips and traces my jaw line before his hand lays back down to his side. I turn around and walk over to robin and Steve sitting down. Nancy is also sitting there.

I place my food down sitting next to robin. "What was that about" Steve asks. "Dunno" I reply.

It's after school and I'm walking home before a white car pulls up next to me. I know who it is. Eddie gets out of the car and runs up to my side. "Hey gorgeous let me drive you home" He smiles. I stop walking as does he and turn to face him. I look around and no one's on the street. "I have to get home and ready before the game ed" I reply. Eddie opens his mouth but before any noise comes out I start talking again. "And no theres no time for a quickie I was late last time that happened. His shoulders slightly lower. "I'll just drive you home then" He offers. I smile. "Thank you" He pecks my lips before walking back to the car that's only a couple meters away and opening the passenger door for me.
