Alex never came out of his room till eleven. Sherlock stood by the fire place with his violin in hand. When he heard the door open, he than turned to face her.
"Alexandra...."
His thought trailed off and they stood there with just the fire crackling in the background.
"Sherlock, can we please talk? You must be worried sick."
"Worried? Why I never heard of such a thing."
Alexandra rolled her eyes at him and walked into the living room. Her hands slowly took the violin from him and sat down with him.
"Sherlock, can we just talk like a normal couple? Not work colleagues, not anything like that at all. Just two people talking."
"So you want us to be like Anderson?"
"Sherlock, that's not what I'm saying, but why would you even care? You just have been ignoring me since I've been back and haven't even asked how I've been."
Sherlock stared at Alexandra and went to the window. He leaned against it, but didn't say anything. Alexandra stared at him and than looked down at her hands. She wanted to ask him how long he knew or even if he knew about her secret.
"I'm going to stay at Molly's for a while. If you need me, just give me a ring." She says before walking over to him and kissing his cheek. Sherlock watched her leave from the window and began to play his violin again.
