Missing girl

Chapter three

Dear diary,
Chris when found out that Jayla was missing he went all out smashing the tables and chairs. At one point he punched the wall, making a huge hole in the wall. In the end we need new furniture and some one to come out and fix the wall. Since Chris found out that she was gone he locked himself in her room. I think he's been crying some times I hear him saying "I wasn't able to protect her or I wasn't strong enough to protect her.
I tried to help by dressing up like Jayla and acting like her but that went nowhere but Chris everywhere I turn. I thought it would help but now I guess he just wants to be near me. I guess that will help the most, i'll comfort him and make sure he starts to feel better. It's kinda hard considering he so clingy to me now, I can't even go to the restroom without him standing at the door. I wonder what's going through his head, I wonder if he's gonna go back to school...wait I forgot I had school with all these things happening I forgot I had a thing called school I wonder if Avery will be mad at me.
She always gets mad at me when I skip school.
