Songs: This side of paradise and Just for a moment<333 ☆Pov~Hailee's☆ ☆☆☆ Today was the carnival. Me and Yn are going together. I'm super excited to spend the day with her. She's my best friend. And maybe, my heart stops when I see her. Ever since me and Niall, YN has always been there for me. Every time we're together, my heart's no longer broken, for a moment. When we're sitting side by side, there's so much unspoken, for a moment, just for a moment. A moment in love. But is a moment enough? I really like her, or I'm in love with her. But I'm sure she doesn't feel the same way. I mean, she's my best friend. It'll be weird. But now, I can't play pretend, I'm scared to talk to her, my best friend. But nothing will get in my way today. I'm just going to hangout with my 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱.
☆☆☆ YN woke up, her eyes red and puffy from crying the other night. Martini and Brando were in her arms. She rubbed her eyes and yawned. YN got up from the couch, walked to the kitchen where i was at, and grabbed a cup of coffee. "Morning." I said. She turned to look at me, then she smiled. "Morning!" She said in a raspy voice. God I love her morning voice. I pulled her in for a hug. She hugged me back. "Okay, remember, we have to go to the carnival around 7, okay?" She nodded and took a sip of her coffee. "Can I wear one of your hoodies?" She asked. I sighed, and nodded my head. "Sure i guess." She did her little happy dance. I couldn't help but laugh. She looked adorable. "I'm going to go change. Be right back." She left the kitchen and went up the stairs into my room. I sighed and shook me head. I wonder what she's going to take from my closet. ☆☆☆

I see YN walk down the stairs in my jacket that has the letter H on it. "Nice jacket, YN." I say and she smiles. "Thanks. It's my favorite person in the worlds jacket." I smiled. She fixed the jacket and went over to the couch. "I'm going to get changed, be right back." I ran up the stairs, and went into my room. I searched in my closet for something to wear. I wanted to look nice for at least one day. So i looked for something that YN would like. We chilled until 7pm.

Me and yn were in the car driving to the carnival. We were listening to our favorite podcast, Rebel Robin, from the show Stranger Things. The car ride was silent since we wanted to listen to it. We arrived at the end of the last episode. Perfect timing. YN got out of the car, walked over to my side, and opened the door for me. "Thank you." I got out of the car, and locked it. We walked to the carnival, and bought tickets. I saw a couple of people I knew, but I didn't go over to them. I didn't want to leave YN by herself. "Hey look, it's Ella!" YN said. We walked over to Ella and said hello. "Oh hey guys." Ella said in her English accent. It was pretty cute. I waved hello, and YN hugged her. "What are you doing here, Ella?" YN held Ella's hands. I got pretty jealous. Ella was a pretty girl, she's really hot. But like, i don't want her to take YN away from me. "Sorry to interrupt, but I'm going to see what I can find." I said. YN looked me up and down with a confused face. "Oh okay. Do you want me to come with?" YN offered. I shook my head. "It's okay. Stay with Ella." I walked off into the crowd.
I walked to an empty table. The carnival lights blinded me. "Hey Hailee." I turned around and saw YN behind me. "Hey." I breathed. "Are you lonely?" She asked me. "No I'm not." I said. She sighed. "You seem so lonely." I shook my head." So if you're lonely, darling you're glowing. If you're lonely come be lonely with me." She grabbed my hand and pulled me to the ferris wheel. We got on, and they started the ride. We both didn't say anything until YN spoke up. "Are you okay? You just walked off." I sighed. "Yeah I'm fine. I just...needed some space." I lied. I couldn't tell her I was in love with her. No way. "Oh." She mumbled. I looked into her beautiful y/e/c, getting lost in them. "Look, I'm sorry I walked off earlier. It's just, you and Ella were talking, and i just felt like i was in the way." I continued to lie. I can't just tell her i have feelings for her straight up. "You can never be in the way Haiz, you're my best friend, I'll choose you over anyone, okay?" She placed her hands on mine. I looked down at our hands and smiled. "I love you Haiz." I gulped, looked at her, and smiled. "I love you too YN."
Before I knew it, we were both staring at each other, our eyes lost in each other's. It was silent the rest of the ride, but we didn't take our eyes off each other. Before I knew it, she was leaning in to kiss me. I leaned in as well, but then, she pulled away. I didn't know what to do, so I pulled away as well. ☆☆☆
The ride ended and we went home. But either of us talked about the almost kiss between us. She acted like nothing almost happened, like what? It's doesn't make sense, does she like me, does she not? I don't know. It's just all, messy.
