Afraid To Love

Chapter 2.

Bahaut bechain rehte hain woh log,
Jinhe har baat yaad rehati hai.

( Those people stay very restless,
Who remember every damn thing)

Gauri wrote in her diary . She writes in her diary every now and then. It has been her best friend. A friend who she can share literally everything with. Certain things which she doesn't even tell her about for some obvious reasons, she writes it all in those pages. It's her secret keeper.

Gauri closed her moist eyes. She's been restless for a while  , reason - certain things keep nagging her mind for no reason. Moving on from , forgetting and forgiving certain incidents of her life isn't just easy. She tries.... she really tries hard but fails. Moreover , she wants to leave certain things behind but those things don't want to leave her may be.

"I wish my childhood was just as normal as other kids. Why did you do this to me God? Destiny is such a player. I wonder why my fate got me witness those things. It breaks my heart. It rips my soul apart. It eats my mind everyday. I find it really difficult to focus in life.  My heart refuses to stay at rest. *sigh* HELP ME  !!! "

She completed writing, closed her eyes and sighed.
Her alarm rang louder, she saw it was 8:00 a m - time to go to college . She closed her diary, kept it inside her drawer locking it up, and left .

College scenes -

Omkara just entered the classroom,not mamy students were there. He took his window seat as usual so that he can sneak out getting some view during a boring lecture. As soon he saw gauri coming towards the class, he rushed towards the door and hid behind the wall.
The mad hatter Oberoi is ready to scare the shit out of her again. Gauri was just about to enter and *Booooooooommmmmmm* Omkara shouted suddenly appearing like a ghost out of nowhere, scaring Gauri. She dropped her water bottle she was carrying in hand. Thankfully her phone was safe.

Omkara started laughing like a kid seeing her all trembling trying to catch her breathe. Meanwhile gauri gave him deadly glares.

They both sat on their seat together and Omkara was still laughing. "Om , that was not funny 🙄" Gauri said, glaring at him.

"Yeah yeah i know that was not funny, but your reaction was funny for sure. Oh god." said Omkara.
He then *mimicked her*  and laughed more annoying her.

"Omkara!!!!! "  Gauri said angrily. Meanwhile he chuckled more. "If you laugh once more, i swear i won't sit with you. " She warned him but that fell to his deaf ears. He kept chuckling like a kid.

"Fine Byee! " Gauri picked up her bag, but before she could go, he held her hand. "Okay okay sorry. No more laughing i promise " He said making her sit down but still chuckling controlling his laugh.

"Tell me one thing Gauri, i do this everyday and you still get scared like first time? Aren't you habitual yet?
Like you know i would be there waiting to scare you?" He curiously asked looking at her still chuckling.

"Shut up just concentrate on your studies. Professor is gonna come in few minutes" She said, ignoring his question. "No you answer me first" He asked again
Gauri knew he would eat her head until she answers.
"I know, but the way you make that ghost appearance everyday out of nowhere with that voice. God!! Anyone would be scared." She said raising her brows.

"What? I am not that scary by the way" - he said.

"Now just study or else I'll throw you out of this window. You giant ghost" - she chided him away.

Such a longgggggg time no!!!!
Well here's a little update.
Somehow trying to get back to writing.
Hope i complete this story ( may be short or long)
I know it's too short but hope you understand that i lost touch with writing long parahs so yeah it's gonna take little time to get back🙈❤
