(D- daya, R- Randheep, P- Pankaj, K- Kavin , cup1- (culprit who misguided them by a fake name)

At hospital :

Daya was sitting restlessly before the ICU ward with a gloomy mind when randheep came there & called daya but daya was not responding so he just touched daya's shoulder

R : s..sir

D : huh.. Randheep 

R : sir what happen you are thinking about something????

D : yes about this case off course this case is really like spider web because the more we try to clean it the more it comes

R : sir if this case is like spider web then we can become like spider 

D : spider????

R : sir when we destroy its web it will make its web again & again without any laziness, it will never give up the more we clean it the spider will make it again & again without any fail , even a spider doesn't give up then we are CID's how can we give up easily if it's about self respect of our ACP Sir ???? we will work hard like ants & try again & again like spider then we will surely get success

D(smiling) : wow Randheep you know what you should have been a teacher if you are not a cop 

R(chuckling) : sir sorry for the boring talks actually I was... just....

D : hey I know you were just trying to cheer up me but believe me it was just short & smart advice I have ever heard

R : sir I was not a...advising you I'm s..sorry if

D : Randheep don't say sorry there's nothing wrong in advising others

R(surprised) : s...sir but 

D : Look randheep I know what you are thinking don't think like that , there's nothing wrong in advising or encouraging others I'm proud of you I think you should keep doing it 

R : B..but sir you are my senior how can I.....

D(chuckled) : yes I'm so what??????? I'm telling you again I consider you all my family more then CID officers & I was also like you when I joined CID 

R : we are really lucky to get senior officers like you

D : nothing is wrong in advising & cheering up others it doesn't matter that they are senior or junior the main thing is that you are doing it because you care for them actually I like it the way you advised me

R(embarrassed) : sir don't say it advise again please 

D : randheep It's okay I just said what ACP sir told me when I was like you

R(shocked) : w...what ACP sir?????

D : yes he always encourages us to tell him what we feel & also listens to our opinions even if the ideas were waste he will just tell us to think better than that he will not discourage us

R( standing with open mouth) : really ?????

D(laughed) : yes he is very strict but also very caring & understanding person you will ever meet ,  now close your mouth before some fly enters 

R(closed his mouth quickly) : I never thought you guys are this much cool & good

D : until now you thought that we were bad?????

R(with raised hands) : no sir I'm sorry I con't win in speaking battle with you

both laughed then pankaj came there limping

P : am I dreaming??????

R : no you are not

D : why what happen????
