I usually hug a pillow and think of it and try to find a way out.. if I can't, i would just think of something else and talk to my mom about it. She usually has the best ideas! And if ur getting stressed by a bully, just remember, they only bully u because they are jealous of you that's it. And if it is a bully, tell a teacher, your mom, and ur sibling if u have if u don't have a sibling tell your closest friend. Ask me anything you want me to tell in the comments, I'll help u.
