Beginning

Felix (MC) POV

'Another shitty day for me i guess' was my thoughts on this god awful morning another storm rolling in making me jist sigh in frustration. You may be thinking oh it's just a rainy day what's the harm or you're just being negative, yeah no the laundry was up and now most of my shirts are wet and cold. I was about to try and salvage some of my dry clothes but well they were ruined anyways why even bother. 'I'll just take a joyride on my bike' were my thought's until i remembered yesterday my bike was totalled after that asshole rammed his car on my bicycle i groaned in frustration 'could this day get any worse'.

'Just great it's anarchy on the street's more than a week now'.

"Felix get off your butt and deliver the package you lazy bum!!!" my sister yelled from her room.
'Oh boy she's in one of her mood's again' as i thought to myself 'did her coworker do some shit again'.
"Alright already i'll deliver the box just stop yelling" i said to placate her as i was grabbing my hoodie from the rack.
I stopped by Mr. Agung's place to get some games as it was right next to the post office.
After delivering the package i went and greeted him but something was wrong his hand's were trembling and his eye's were watering as if he had jist stopped crying, he seemed to be breathing heavily and somewhat shaking "Mr. Agung are you okay?" I asked the man He looked at me and i swear it was like he was looking at something else for a moment "I am not as well as i can be i just heard my granddaughter passed away today" he said as his lips trembled a bit "Ah shit im sorry i didn't know" i tried to hastily apologize "No no it's fine i knew for a while now that she was sick but i really though she would..." He trailed off as he was looking at me. "Felix do you like RPG's by any chance?" He asked me. "Sure i love a good roleplay" i answered after a bit of thinking. "Then here have this" he said as he gave me a USB stick "In here is my life's work for 10 year's" he said as i thought to myself his granddaughter was 18 so she was sick since she was 8 'dear God that's depressing she died before he could give it to her'. "Thank you for the game i promise you i'll appreciate the gift" i said as i felt quite a bit of pity for this guy. "That is as much a gift as it is a curse" he said cryptically as i was already walking back to my house.
As i entered my room and prepped my sisters old broken laptop to load the game there was a small glitch every time the game was loading.

The no was greyed out and the screen was glitching a bit "Update but isn't this the only version" i said to myself as i absent mindedly clicked on Y as a bunch of code and text started appaering on screen. It was so fast but i managed to catch a few glimpses about some power and me accepting something. The game stopped and then rebooted by itself and there was a premade character with my full name and appearance on it.

It was pretty spot on with general information about me as well.
Which was kinda creepy but ngl kinda flattered in a way.
I was in a white room with a table and a parchment on it.
I inspected it and found that it said you have agreed to participate within the game.
After that i had to choose stats.

Presence was basically how the world and your companions see you.
Magic was how good you are at magical skills.
Charisma is the ability to socially communicate with people.
Strength was physical ability to do any strenous physical action.
Intelect is problem solving and knowledge grasping.
Wisdom  was the ability to use info and a person's will.
Luck was how lucky good or bad it is for the player.
Health was how may hitpoints.
I chose to go with a lucky mage build . 10 - PRS, 20 - MGC, 10 - CHR, 10 - STR, 20 - INT, 15 -WIS, 25 - LUC, 10 - HP.
I used up all the points which was a total of 120 stat points.
Maybe i should have kept a few but i was more interested in playing after a bit i arrived at a clearing and there were small imps sorrounding me.

I was a bit dissapointed i couldnt get more info but mayne i'll get a skill to get more info.
I spent hours grinding after the 10th imp i tried to find shelter since it was apparent i didn't have any spells and i was hardly killing them fast enoughbut the game glitched again and suddenly a flash blinded me the game crashed and my character's progress was gone no exp or even the item drop from the imp's. I almost didn't notice it was night already so i shut down the game and went to bed.
