Chapter 1: School project

A word from the Author

English is not my first language, so i excuse myself in advance for the mistakes i am going to do. Hope you enjoy, this is my first story, don't really know what i am doing but i hope it's gonna be good.
Oh and one last thing before you get into the story, the characters in this story won't be described cause i want you to have your own image of the characters "it's also because i am to lazy".

POV of Alexis

I've always been lonely and i never complained about it. Didn't have much friends more like didn't have any friends at all, not that i didn't want to but i just never had the opportunity. Because of my dad's job, i travel all the time. And as for my parents, we didn't get the chance to build a family relationship. So yeah i've been lonely pretty much my entire life but it's okay, right? Not having friends is not that big of a deal, i mean who needs friends or a family, i'm by myself and it doesn't bother me, well that is what i use to tell myself. Everybody needs friends at least one but i have none. I am use to the lonelyness but i don't like it. Anyway my everyday is kind of boring at least that is what i thought befor i meet Him. It all started with a class project.

At school

"Have you seen that dress at the mall" Coralie says to her bestfriend Chammie.
Chammie replies "Yeah girl it was so..."
"What is the problem?" Coralie ask.
"Huhh...that weirdo again" as i enter the class Chammie points her finger at me and i give her a death glare, she looks away and start laughing with Coralie. That b*tch.

Coralie and Chammie are like the queen bees of the school mostly because they are in the cheerleading squad. At school there is a group of students we call the 'Super Five' and obviously Coralie and Chammie are part of it. And the three others, are none other than the hottest guys in school Noah, Austin and Sam aka Sammy. The Super Five get away with anything and they are known for being troublemakers, and when i look at them i'm happy i don't have any friends.

The teacher says while writng on the board "Children please take your seats class is about to.." but got interrupted
"Sorry i'm late again" i hear a deep voice. I recognize that voice, a voice that hunts my nightmares SAM, he enters the classroom with that huge smile he always have.
"It's the third time this week mister Martin" miss Miller says angrily.
" Yes i know, is there a problem with that" Sam responds with sarcasm and the whole class laughs.
"Go to your seat mister Martin" miss Miller annoyed.
"Yes miss Miller" Sam gains his seat wich is right behind me. I was staring but as he walks pass me i look away and look outside. I could feel him staring at me for a second and then he went to his seat.

Lunch time

I didn't even notice that class ended, i was so concentrated looking outside. I packed my things to go eat and Sam comes up to me and asks
"Why did you look away when i came pass you?" i ignored him, i didn't have time for stupid questions.
"Are you ignoring me?" he asks, still didn't answer. Finish packing up my things, looked at him, sighed and went to the cafeteria for lunch.

To be honest, i would be lying if i say that Sam is ugly. He is very handsome i won't lie, and i won't deny that i had several dreams and fantasies about him. I am not in love with him or anything, i just find him very attractif that's all. But i really hate his personnality, the most annoying and self centured person you could ever found in thin world.

Anyways, i go to my usual seat next to the trash can, i like playing basketball with my garbage, i find it entertaining. So i was sitting there lonely as always just minding my buisness and this annoying little scum... i mean this unpleasant young man 'Sam' comes to disturb me AGAIN. I look away.

- Sam : Hey you didn't answer my question
- Alexis : ...
- Sam : You're not the talking type are you?
- Alexis : ...
- Sam : Look, the more you don't answer the more i will disturb you
I look at him
- Sam : What, it's obvious you don't want to be distubed so...
I keep the eye contact and pause for a while
- Sam : Do i have something on my face or what
- Alexis : What do you want? "i say annoyed"
- Sam : Oh, so she speaks "he says with sarcasm"
- Alexis : You never talk o me so what do you want?
- Sam : I just wanted to try somerhing knew, i guess? "he responds with that stupid smile"
I chuckle
- Sam : That was so cute, i think i never saw you laugh like that you always seem very sad
- Alexis : What do you mea...
- Noah : HEY SAM YOU COMMING!!!
- Sam : RIGHT BEHIND YOU! Sorry gotta go, see ya

He left with his friends. What did he meant when he said ' you always seem very sad'. Was he observing me, impossible, maybe i'm just overthinking things, right?

Lesson hour

Mister Buckman starts the class by saying "Hello sudents so today i have a special homework for you".
WHAT!! A SPECIAL HOMEWORK. I'm already having a hard time doing my everyday homework and now he wants to give us a special one.
He goes on saying "This special home work will be a group project, well more of a duo project"
I could hear everybody whispering, Chammie asks "Are we allowed to choose our partner"
"No, i know you guys will take ages choosing a partner so i made the duos myself" the whole class sighed...
The teacher continues"I've posted the duos on school platform, i invite you to take your phones and see with who you are paired with"
Everybody grabes there phone to check and surprisingly nobody complained i think they were all satisfied with the teacher's choice. I took a glance at my phone to see Sam's name next to mine, WHHHAAATTTTT!!!!
