Here is yet another small instance brought on by a head canon I had that started with Chloe liking spicy food (I, too, really enjoy spicy food!) and I thought it would be funny if Goh struggled to endure the heat. It kind of spiraled out into this story, which takes place during the final chapter of Book One. Another reason was I wanted to revisit Faye and the Eevee Brothers: working with them for so long made me want to revisit them, even if this visit technically occurs in the past.
I want to once again thank my beta readers pennychu, mezamun, and Viroro for all their hard work in reading all of this, even the silly parts like this one.
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm still feeling a bit tired from Pokémon GO Fest where I caught about twenty Nihilego! I had a fun time, so I hope you all continue to have fun enjoying Pokémon as well.

When we rejoin Goh and the others in "Brass Tower", One Who Chases will be just before "スパイクタウンのマリィ！" or 'Mary of Spike Town!'.
