THE TWO MONTHS of classes passed with ease. During classes, aside from surprised looks and whispers, everyone left me alone. Hermione was my first friend in Ravenclaw while Ron was my first friend in Gryffindor, Neville being the second.
I enjoyed taking notes for the lessons, doing the lesson, and then reading until the class was over. I wanted to work my way through the entire Hogwarts Library before I left and knew that I sould take notes on each book in my grimoire and so that's what I did. There was a small section of my grimoire that was titled with the book name and the page number that the note is about along with the chapter title.
I had flying lessons and while it was fun and I was great at it, I prefered to fly without a broom thank you very much. I had fun with Neville, Hermione, and Ron as we all bonded over different things.
I sitting at Dinner on Halloween night. I had nothing to celebrate and nothing to mourn and so I was working through another book between bites. When desert came, I put my things in my bag as I finished the book. I tapped Hermione's shoulder and we went over to Gryffindor where Ron and Nev were chatting.
We sat down on either side of them with wide smiles. "Hey." Nev said as Ron waved. I nodded and we just talked about random things.
"So, what do you think about my latest pra-" I was cut off by the sound of the Great Hall doors banging open. Turban Man ran inside with fake panic and I looked back to my friends.
I had continued my Legacy with the mischief twins. I played pranks. Small ones like changing the color of things or making everyone laugh through the use of a potion.
I still trained every morning and learned a lot, but I had some fun within it all. Training was fun as was learning, but it all got kind of stuck on loop so I threw in some pranks.
"Troll! Troll in the dungeon!! Thought you 'ought to know." And then the idiot fake fainted forwards. I rolled my eyes and got up with the others. Me and Hermione joined our class chatting about things. I had gotten her to calm down quite easily.
Time really flew by in Hogwarts because aside from the Troll on Halloween nothing else happened. I didn't realize how much time had passed until Christmas was here. I didn't celebrate that either. I had a few things I celebrated through Holocrystal with my family, but that was it. I didn't do Man's World Celebrations.
I did use the break from classes to hang with the friends that stayed and do more learning. I didn't just read books and take notes. I learned and created new spells, mastering them.
The school year just seemed to pass quickly. There wasn't much to tone. I didn't lose any house points, gained quite a few though. I didn't get any detention from anyone, not even the Bat Man that loathes me. I adjusted to the two boys that had became my friends, but never fully let my guard down anywhere.
I assume it was just because of my age that I didn't really note much as the exams rolled around. I didn't bother to learn the names of anyone. I knew Dumbledore, Flitwick, Pomona, McGonagall, and Snape. Those were it.
I had learned a lot through the year though, but I ignored almost everyone. I missed my sisters, the island, the sound of weapons clashing and battle cries as we trained, the fresh fruit and the view of the castle. I missed being myself.
I was walking with Hermione who was sulking. We were enjoying the castle after a day full of exams. "Why are you sulking, Mia?" I ask and she pouts at me.
"Mom and dad have a convention in New York this summer and are making me tag along. I'll end up in a hotel room all summer." She explains and I sigh and think for a minute. Mia could use some training and I would love to have her.
"I'll ask my Guardians. Maybe you can stay with us for the summer." I offer and she brightens at that and nods. I look around and realize we're lost. "Where are we?"
Mia looks around and freezes. "The forbidden coridor. Dumbledore said it was off limits to everyone who didn't want a painful death." She answered scared.
I frown and tilt my head hearing a noise. Turban Man, another voice, and growling. "Follow me." I said walking to the door. I wave my staff in wand form and the door unlocks. I enter to see Turban Man setting up a harb. I look at the poor creature and want to skin the person who put this pup here alive.
"Oh, poor girl." I whisper and she looks up and growls before noticing me and bowing it's head. I look at Turban Man and realize he scented of murder. Innocents were killed. "Kill him,... Hmm. What to name you? Kill him Pluto."
The Turban Man looked at me and seemed to just notice us here. Mia looked fearful and I glared at the man. Pluto as I've named her, bit down on the head of that murderer. A spirit seemed to escape the body and take off though the wall.
I pet Ploto's head as if she hadn't just killed someone. "Who's a good boy, you are, yes you are." I scratch his head and he wags his tail. Now, let's get you to my mother. She'll take care of you girl."
I removed the chains and led him through the Shadows and to Themyscira. I placed a note above her head and left. I found a crying Mia and hugged her. "Shh. It's alright. I knew that man wasn't right, just didn't realize he had the blood of innocents on his hands."
She seemed to calm at my words. I notice a door and share a look with Mia before opening it and jumping through. I landed softly on my feet looking around and then at the plant. I waved my hand making it catch Mia and lower her to the ground.
I helped her up ignoring her pervious scream. "Let's go." I said and we walked through a door and noticed a bunch of keys. I waved my wand with a silent, 'Accio,' summoning the correct key. We walked through and saw a giant chess set. I looked at the king and queen with a wide smile.
I grabbed Mia's hand and lifted us into the air and over the chess set. Mia screamed the entire way. I lowered us to the ground and she stared at me. "What was that?!" She demanded and I realized she did know.
"You'll learn everything this summer." I answer and she nodded reluctantly.
I lead us past a sleeping troll and into a room with dorrways of fire. I roll my eyes and remove the air around it snuffing all flames so we could walk through. I saw a mirror and a mirror language and rolled my eyes placing my hand on the mirror and manipulating the energy and siphoning the magic from the spell.
A red stone appeared in the air and I snagged it before turning to Mia with a wide grin. I knew what the stone is, but I doubt she does. "Come on, Mia. Let's go to my dorm and you can write a letter to your parents and I can message my Guardians." I offer and she nods in shock.
We got back to the dorm and I sent a Holocrystal message to my mother asking for a female friend to join me there. She agreed straight away. I would let Mia know tomorrow.
