!!They aren't the same person in my headcanon idea for FNaF! SpringBonnie used they/them!!

--------

It was dark and cold in the room they were in, the room boarded up. It was about 10 or so years after the murders took place at Freddy's.

In the darkness of the room sat two animatronics. The animatronics were the 80's springlock models, particularly two of the SpringBonnie models.

One was old, decayed, torn and bloody, as well as a deactivated bunny. It seemed like it had a body in it..

The second bunny was a cleaner, a little torn and not bloody, but was also deactivated. It just had an endoskeleton in to.

One of them ended up moving a bit before their eyes opened. The eyes were a nice emerald green that softly shone around the room. It wasn't too bright or dark, just a soft glow. They lifted their head, then looked around the room. They saw the animatronic that looked like them, but.. older. By a lot. They saw the dried blood on the floor and walls. They turned their gaze away, ears perking up at the sound of footsteps, voices, and something breaking. The animatronic decided to shut back down until the night after whatever's broken has been broken so they can look around. Besides, it might be weird to see an animatronic that's at least 10 years old still functioning perfectly.

-2nd Night-

The boarded up door was now able to be opened, as it was also unlocked. None of the workers thought the animatronics were functional, so they left it unlocked but not open.

The same active, golden bunny from the night before activated and looked around once again. They glanced to the other animatronic, wondering if they should see if they'd be functional but decided against it.

The animatronic got off the ground and went to the door. It stumbled a little bit, as it hadn't moved in quite a long time. About ten or so years. They grabbed onto the door handle and opened it, then blinked at the sudden brightness from the lights. They quickly and quietly left, closing the door behind them.

As they left, the other springlock animatronic activated.

His head hurt, somehow, and hurt to move. He felt stiff, as not moving for years and the cold would very much impact  his ability to move.

He opened his eyes, eyes white and devoid of color. He lifted his head, which took a moment to do but he did. "Where.. am I?" The voice sounded dull, empty yet full of pain. It was quiet, too. He had woken up from the other animatronic leaving as well as the light when it had opened the door.

'How am I still alive?' He thought to himself, sighing. He looked over his torn and bloody suit, then felt regret overwhelm him. He knew this was the price of for what he did to those children many years ago.

"Might as well try getting up." He mumbled and tried, but almost fell a couple of times before using help from a table. It seemed like a new one.. but if it was about ten or thirty years old, it held up really well. Especially for a 7 foot tall animatronic. However, height doesn't matter in this.

As he stood, he stumbled a couple of times but got to the door without falling down. He hesitated on grabbing the door handle, before just opening it and slipping out.

He flinched after hearing a yelp of surprise. 'Wait... I'm not alone?' He felt.. a little hopeful yet suspicious and hesitant. However, he couldn't help himself as he went to check it out.

He looked around the corner of where he heard it and saw the golden animatronic and.. a phantom? The phantom seemed to be pestering the fuck out of the bunny and they seemed to not know what to respond with.
