(Somewhat based around the Mantis antagonist in Aquaman)
❁The user has shiny [color] scales scattered around their arms and legs
❁They have the ability to convert water into charged plasma attacks and their scales will glow in bright
❁The user's plasma attack will hit the target in any pace and return to the user with stronger power
Other:
❁The stronger the plasma attack, the more water the user needs to use
❁The user requires more concentration and water if they want the plasma attack to go in more complex maneuvers
Drawbacks:
❁When the user loses concentration and/or stamina, they might accidentaly use their own blood as a water source
