Chapter Two-Failure

"there it is in a museum" Evie said. "Where is that" Jay asked. "exactly 2.3 miles from here" Carlos said as he showed them the map on the computer. they shared a look for a singular second and left the school building running excitedly. "their laughs echoed through the darkness of the night.

(2.3 miles later) 

"Okay there it is, Wait there's a guard" Mal said as they all peak over the door panel watching his movement. Opening up her spell book with a dragon crest on it gifted by her mother she flicked to a page. Magic spindle, do not linger, prick a finger, Prick the finger, prick it deep and send my enemy off to sleep." Mal cast as they watched the security guard prick his finger and fall asleep. "Don't worry about the door i got it" Crimson said as he picked the lock in two seconds. "Wow the prince of Hearts is handy with a lock-pick huh" Evie said as she gently placed her hand on his shoulder to say good job. Running into the building they passed the reception and headed up the stairs to the hall of villains. As they walked into the hall they all froze at the statues of their parents scaring them even more. "Heartless" Crimson said as he stared at his mother. "Come on guys it's this way" Evie said as Jay and Carlos followed her.

"Come on Mal lets get that wand and blow this Popsicle stand" Crimson said bringing Mal back to reality as they both joined the others. as they stared at the wand jay became impatient and reached to grab the wand. "wait Jay no" Crimson shouted but he was too late as the alarm was triggered and they had to run before they got caught. as they got out without being seen and ran back towards the school Mal became furious at their plan failing. "great job Jay, now we have to go to school tomorrow" Mal said sarcastically to let her emotions be clear as day. "Yay goodness class anyone" crimson said joining in with the sarcastic tone Mal laid out. "hahaha yeah it's going to be the most fun we have ever had" Evie said as they arrived back at the school to be met by Ben who stood on the lawn waiting for them to return. 

"have a nice walk, just wanted to make sure you were all doing alright i know that this may be a big adjustment for the lot of you so if you have any questions feel free to ask.." Ben said "Doug" Audrey chimed in finishing the conversation and dragging Ben as far away from Mal as possible. Going to his dorm room Crimson sat down on his bed and began to think that maybe Auradon isn't so bad it's a nice view and not shrouded by the tyranny of a heartless ruler.
