PERSONALITY: Mischievous and Insane.
GOAL: Cause all sorts of chaos to Hell!
BACKSTORY: Back when you were a human on earth you were in love with Pokémon but you loved MissingNo more than all of the other Pokémon so when you died and went to hell you were transformed into a twisted version of your favorite character.
ABILITIES:
GLITCH AURA: Wherever you go everything will distort and glitch.
GLITCH CUBES: You can attack with "Glitch Cubes" that will hurt anyone they touch.
GLITCH TELEPORT: You can teleport around easily by glitching in and out of reality.
GHOST PHASE: You are able to take advantage of the Ghost Pokémon in yourself and turn transparent and go through anything.
