What next?

After 10 days, He got some interview calls.

Unfortunately he is unable to crack it.

Karan is broken. He badly wants Teju to calm him down, to lift his confidence.

Finally after some more days, He got another interview call which is more bigger than previous all

He is still afraid. He remembered how Teju support her when he was ill. This bring smile on his face.

He wears the shirt which she gifted while she is leaving for Mumbai from hostel.

He leave for interview.

After 3-4 days, he got joining letter on mail. He is extremely happy. But he didn't say anything to anyone

Karan : Pehle Laddoo ko bataunga. Pata nahi phone legi bhi ya nahi. Waise ab bas 25 days hi to bache hai. But still I want to share this with Laddoo

He called her.

Teju is so busy in her work. He see the name and pick up

Teju : Haa Sunny bol

Karan : Laddoo, wo mai

Teju : Ya sir, I am doing it. Sunny bas half hour me call karti hu ha.

Karan : Thik hai Laddoo

Karan cut the call.

Karan : Sunny. Did she just call me sunny? Uske muh se nikal gaya ya she said it genuinely. Shayad to busy thi subconsciously bol gayi. Whatever it is. Finally after 2.5 months, I heard Sunny.

Teju complete her work and sit in cab, she open calllog.

Teju : Karan ka phone? Maine baat kari hai 20 sec. Ye kab hua?

She thinks about it.

Teju : Oh yar. Shayad I called him Sunny. But wo isko patch up nahi mane to achha hai. Ye mera subconscious mind yaaar. He called me Laddoo, I guess. Laddoo after 2.5 months. Call kar hi leti hu.

She call him.

Teju : Ha Karan bolo

Karan : How are you?

Teju : See, I know you didn't call me to ask how am I. So please come to the point.

Karan : But wo

Teju : Please point pe aao

Karan : I got a job.

Her face lighten up with smile. But unfortunately, Karan can't see it.

Teju : Congratulations.

Karan : As a professor. In Pune only. Not in my college, but in a college better than mine.

Teju : That's great. Everyone must be happy.

Karan : Ab sabko bataunga. Sirf tujhe hi pehle bataya tha.

Teju : Achha.

Karan : Kaha hai?

Teju : Cab me.

Karan : Wo actually whatever happened

Teju : Chalo, badme baat karte hai. Bye.

She cut the call.

Karan : Hadd hai kaisa kar rahi thi ye ladki. Jaisa usko to kuch hai hi nahi. Sort out karne ka man hi nahi lag raha iska. Baat karti achhe se kya hi ho jata. Jaao ab baat hi karni mereko iss ladki se. Tu aa India dekhunga bhi nai tujhe.

Teju : Ganpati Bappa morya. Thank you so much. Finally he got what he deserves.

She reached hotel, take dinner and start thinking about him
