"LET THEM TASTE OUR FORGED STEEL, DON'T LET THEM TAKE THE VILLAGE" The elder known as Jauron would shout as Jinborn roared with the other men as they rushed out with axs and various other weapons. The blue dragonborn pulling out his hatchet as they rushed the two horsemen coming into their village. The two suddenly skidding and turning to rush away as a huge wall of arrows flew in from above.

"SHIELDS UP!" the elder shouted as the assigned shield men would cover the rushing group as beat they could. A few of their men falling from arrow shots. Jinborn luckily not taking any damage as he rushed toward the front of the group, his impressive speed in his favor as he would be on the horsemens heels. But as they got out of the village they would be met with several knights wearing heavy armor, Jinborn stopping half away as he saw the humans in full plate

"We will give you the option, stand down now and we promise to take most of you prisoner" A metal man said his colors blue and white as he was one of the kings men.. the group catching up to Jinborn as the elder would growl

"We'd rather die than be your workers, you won't take our village we will rip the helmets off your heads and see the fear in your eyes as you taste our blades!" *The other men roar in agreement, Jinborn frozen with fear as the three knights looked intimidating. How could they wear that full metal, his hatchet couldn't get through that..could it.

"You choose death, so be it..." The mans blade would glow golden as the two dragonborn would unknowingly running into their deaths

"FATHOOM!" The crash of lightning would come from the blade as the knight swung with a mighty whip of lightning. Sending the group of around twenty dragonborn flying crying in pain. Jinborn being flung into the nearby ditch, rolling as his whole left chest area stung with intense pain. Crying out as tears fell from his eyes as his body shook from the left over shock. Hearing the men praise the knight as the humans would move forward into the village...

Shakiri and the other females would remain silent as they would soon hear the sound of metal boots on the wooden floor of the mill. It had been around an hour since the men had rushed off, the sound of boots meant they had been defeated.. Shakiri holding back tears as she hoped Jinborn had made it somehow, but there was little hope. A knock coming to the cellar door along with a sinister chuckle

"This smells of overgrown lizard, come out ladies or else I Sir Fayden Knight of King Renald will break down this door and flog you for your disobedience to the crown!"

The ladies looking to each other, the group of around ten full adults knowing the jig was up. Taking the bar down from the door as the soon would be pulled from the cellar and chained. The knights forcing them to their knees as they bagged up their goods. Forcing them to carry these incredulously heavy bags, Shakiri having one strapped to her back. It made her legs weak as she could hardly move. The humans discussing their next plan of action as they had one of them watch over the new prisoners

Her eyes wandering the battlefield of the fellow dragonborn she knew as friends and family. Seeing her brother, Jinborn the light blue dragonborn lying on the ground. His chest no longer rising and falling, fearing the worst the golden dragonborn would drop her pack with a clunk. Sprinting out from beside her mother, before her or the guard beside them could react. "After that one! don't let her get away!" They would shout as Shakiri would sprint to Jinborns side

Rushing to her brother she would see he was breathing, shallowly but he would be fine. The small dragon grabbing her brothers steel blade that laid beside him as she whipped around. Turning the see the three guards that had persued her stop, pulling out weapons of their own. One of them even having a shield "Stand down little lady, id hate to get my sword dirty with more of your peoples blood" The human says, provoking her as he wanted the small dragonborn to lunge

Shakiri would lunge at the human in full plate, trained in somewhat more than the basics as he wouldn't expect her speed. Rushing the man she would use her sword to disarm him, hitting his blade forcibly enough to knock it from his hand. Snarling as the other men would rush her sides, blowing flames from her maw at the one with a shield. Igniting the metal as the man would scream panicking. The men alarmed and causing a commotion, the third man rushing to help his friend take off the flaming shield as Shakiri would run for it.

"After her please..." The General would groan disappointed in his men as around three or four of them would rush after the golden dragonborn. The young girl rushing down her village's street as the sound of her pursuers metal armor gave her a good idea at how much of a lead, she had on them which wasn't much. Ducking and diving in alley ways she would manage to get far enough ahead she would feel confident enough to run to her home.

Bashing herself into the door to throw it open as she would run to the fireplace, her father's steel Zwei hander above the mantle as she would rush to the kitchen. Throwing a chair in front of the fireplace in order to boost herself up, reaching the blade she would throw her smaller sword to the ground. Eyes wide with fear and confusion as she would take hold of the hilt, her amulet suddenly opening to reveal a golden eye within. The swords runes lighting as she would lift it as if it were the weight of a feather.

"A Lightborne wields the blade once again"

A female voice speaks out loud...she would whip around but no one would be nearby

"There she is get her!" One of the guards calls out in the doorway as theyd rush into the building surrounding Shakiri
