As a kid I was quiet and caring.
That would change in one day.

My mother was a gardener, she loved plants especially sweet peas.
She went to houses everyday and fixed peoples gardens.
My mother's quirk was plagen: she could restore the life to any plant at will.
She loved her job and from that I developed a love for plants too.
Mu childhood bedroom was filled with plants.

Fly traps.
Roses.
Crown imperial.
Corpse flower.
And of course sweet peas.

I loved my life and my family.

My dad was an escape artist.
His quirk was master fate: he could see how things were going to play out from up to ten minute.
I practiced techniques that he had shown me. I kept practicing until I had masterd them.
This, although I did not know it, would benefit me in the future.
My dad went around the world performing these spectacular techniques for young and old people alike.
I sometimes got to go with him and watch him do these tricks, I even occasionally got to perform with him.

I loved this life.

On day I woke up and wondered down my plant covered steps.
As I wondered down I noticed how quiet it was.
As a nine year old this was worrying.
Because of my paranoia I always went to the worst possible outcome to be the truth.
It was hard living with this but I coped. As I ventured into the living room.
I stopped.
I stared.
My mind started racing.
There on the sofa was a body.
The body of my father was lying there not moving. I did not know what to do, I just stood there, staring at was once my father.
A second man walked into the room and we made eye contact. He motiond for me to stay quiet. I followed what he said, desperate to scream.
I heard rustling In next room as my mother walked in. She had tears in her eyes wich grew as she saw me. The man began to raise a gun pointed at me, my heart began to race faster and faster.
My mother held my shoulders trying to support me.
When I was younger and I was in a scary or sad situation my instinct was to drop to the floor and cry.
However in this situation I stayed stood up knowing that if I fell to the floor that would be my last day.

In less than a second my mother had wished to me.

"Run out the house as fast as you can, make sure they don't see where you go."

She pushed me away into the hallway once more, as she did I heard a gunshot and a scream.
Then a thud.
I began to cry. But I had no time for sadness, I followed my mother's last orders and ran out the house into the woods nearby.
I climbed up a huge tree, this was the tree I always hid in while playing hide and seek. I hid myself amongst the leaves and many branches.
As I did so I heard shouting and running and sirens?
Did that mean the police had arrived. I heard footsteps below me moving fast, then...

"Detective you chase them, Canomi and I will find the daughter."
It was a police Sargent that was speaking now. I heard someone shout my name.

"You here? Can you hear me? Tasimara Fanecu can u awnser me?"

"I..I am up here.. here."
I awnserd in a nervous voice. The police looked up at the tree as I slowly climbed down from my hiding spot, tears still streaming down my face.

"Would you like to come with us?"
A kind looking woman was talking now.
I nodded my head.
She led me to a car and we entered the vehicle and sat down i looked at my palms, wich vines were starting to appear from.
I closed then opend them and the vines were gone.
At the station I was asked questions, wich I awnserd with the full truth. I sat there in an empty room after that.

About half an hour later the kind policeman re-enterd followed by a woman with short, dirty blond hair and red eyes. She looked so youthful it was mesmerising.

"This is M*-&+* B*-&'*(."
The policeman said.

"She is going to be your new legal gardian."
I nodded slowly as the lady who was apparently 'M*-&+* ' walked to my side to speak to me. It was clear that she new what had happend.

"I am so sorry that happend but I am going to take care of you."
She smiled at me and hugged me, I hugged back. This felt nice.

I was lead out the room by M*-&+* and the detective.
Outside, M*-&+*  led me to a car and we drove to what would be my new home.
All through the car journey I was silent, M*-&+*  had not yet heard my voice and I was fine with that.

We arrived at 'home' and I was lead in. The house was beautiful and empty of all people except me and M*-&+* .

"You will have a brother but he is aggressive if he does anything come to me, after what you have been through you should have an 'easy life'."
For the first genuine time that day I smiled slightly. The thought of have a brother was interesting to me, I had never imagine myself with a brother but here we were.

I explored the rooms of the house, each were well decorated and looked after.
I heard a door open and ran to find M*-&+*  .
I found her in the first room I entered when I had first gone into the house.
I noticed two other people in the room and hid behind M*-&+*.

There was a tall man with brown, short hair in a similar style to M*-&+* .

There was also a small boy who looked like a replica of M*-&+*  but with a little bit shorter hair.

They must have been the people she refered to.

I peeked from behind of her, nervous to meet the people I would be living with.

I saw the kid walk over to me, he raised his hand, I shook it.

"I am the brave K***#"* B*-_:;£, you must be Tasimara right?"
Once more I nodded.

"Well it has been a long day I think it best for you two to go to bed."
I followed K***#"* up to his room, already there was a beautiful bed made for me.
These people were so kind, just to except me into their family I mean.

"What is your quirk?"
I asked K***#"*. He look a little startled then replied with...

"I can make explosions."
He demonstrated and little sparks erupted in his hands. I was mesmerised by his quirk, it was beautiful.

"What is yours?"
He asked in a kind hearted voice.

"I can make vines come out my body."
I felt like I had to show him since he showed me his quirk, so I made little Vine come out my hands. Back then I was not used to the pain that came along with my quirk so I winced a little.

"If it hurts you don't have to show me, I am just happy to have a sister no matter her quirk."
I smiled gazing into his crimson eyes. I slumped into my bed, that day had been a long day. I rolled to the side opposite K***#"* and said..

"Can I call you Kat, like the animal."
He chuckled and replied with..

"Sure, I am gonna call you Tas."
I smiled to the wall, this was my new life.

"

The next morning I woke up, sad and tired.
I turned my head to were B***#"* had slept the night before. I noticed that is bed had been made and a note was lying ontop of his pajamas. I stood up and walked over to his bed, picking up the note I read what was written down.
