Amilie hated trains. She wasn't scared she just would rather fly or walk for that matter.
"All I'm saying is unless you're a first year then you should have a broom" was one of her favourite arguments
She wasn't the brightest of the bunch. She took on her fathers strong sense of always being right. Only problem is she wasn't always right.
No one liked to point this out more then James. Another person who liked to be right
James always thought he was better then her . Not because his dad. No way he couldn't care less but beat his mums teams beat her dads team.
James played for Gryffindoor Amilie didn't.
She wasn't the biggest fan of it she was scared of blood so it probably was for the best. They were on the train Amilie's best friend just so happened to be dating Fred Weasley II which meant they had to sit with James as well. Lola who was Amilie's best friend once told her just to snog him. She didn't talk to her for a whole lesson after that. Might not seem long but for her it was. All her teachers said she was just a walking mouth sometimes. It wasn't her fault she had a lot to say,
Most people found the train as a time for a nap before the long death upon arrival not Amilie or James though.
As their friends drift off the last one being Louis they both thought it would be best to not say anything. Until they got bored. Shockingly they had a lot in common.
"No way I recon Gryffindoor is going to win this year"
"James you're only saying that because you play"
"Exactly! Which is why we're going to win"
"In you're dreams I reckon Ravenclaw had a good chance"
"And why do you say that?"
"Their second years are good last time I checked"
"Really"
"Yes my brother happens to be playing this year"
"Fine if we win you owe me a kiss"
"A kiss?"
"Yep"
"And if we loose you have to tell everyone I'm actually amazing at quidditch"
"Deal"
They shook hands just in time for their arrival and they woke their friends up and made their way to the great hall.
This was going to be a good year
