The Rest of the day went normally, nothing else interesting happening aside form rumors spreading about the dreaded 'Earth scab' that appeared in the morning. The bus soon pulled up to the oversized house that the brothers lived in. The four of them poured out, trotting up the gravel driveway leading up to the old looking house. The front door was already left open, allowing the four to drop their bags at the door, kick their shoes off and go straight through the house and to the backyard, them ignoring Britain and Britain ignoring them. America had grabbed an old looking basket ball that was sitting on the porch, making do with it and kicking it around. New Zealand had joined in, playing a full round of tackle with his oldest brother. Even though NZ was the shortest, he was able to tackle the older brother to the ground each time. Australia and Canada were off playing around with anything they could find in he garden, picking up snails, skipping rocks against the concrete, kicking leaves at each other.

As the other two were kicking the ball around, it had rolled over behind the garden shed, hiding behind the weeds that the lawn mower couldn't reach.
"I'll get it!" Australia yelled, getting up from the garden. He ran in behind the shed, picking the ball up and kicking it out from the weeds. Just as he was about to leave, he heard a rustling within the grass. Australia looked down, kneeling closer to try and see what it was. whatever it was sounded like it was struggling, letting out squeaks and gurgles like a drowning rat. He pried the grass out of the way, looking over the creature. It looked sort of like a half grown frog, having no eyes and a parted mouth with only two legs. The creature looked up at him, tilting its head and squawking at him.
"Woah.." He said, picking it up. "HEY! KIWI! COME LOOK WHAT I FOUND!"
Kiwi had looked back behind the shed, trotting over and peeking behind the corner. he took one glance at the slug like animal before cringing at the sight of it.
"Euhg! Looks like a toad!" He stated.
"It's not a toad! toads have four legs!" Australia said, holding it up.
"Either way, it looks gross! Put it down it probably has diseases!" NZ stated.
"Only if it bites me" Said Australia.
"You aren't gonna try and keep it are you?" NZ said.
"Well duh! I can't just leave him out here!" Australia replied.
"It's a wild animal. besides, where do you plan on keeping it?" Zealand asked.
"...He can stay with pasta" Australia said, referring to the snake he had to beg france to let him keep.
"Pasta would eat it" Said kiwi.
"Nah pastas nice! trust me!" Australia said, trotting off. As he was walking, the little slug thing had peaked out from behind Australia, stretching its mouth out and hissing at kiwi, causing him to cringe again.

Australia went back into the house, going up the stairs and into his room. On his desk, there was a small aquarium with a heat lamp and a little hognose python sitting on a branch. Australia opened the tank, taking the python out and sitting her on the desk before placing the slug in her place. As soon as the slug was in the light of the heat lamp, it started screeching and wailing, trying to back away before Australia quickly turned it off.
"Yeesh!...Don't like heat do you little guy?" he said.
The slug shook off, squeaking at him before immediately jumping into the snakes water bowl, rolling around in it. Pasta had been glaring into the tank, surfing the glass and hissing whenever the slug got too close before Australia picked the snake up, seating her on his shoulder.
"What do you think I should name it?" He asked.
The python hissed.
"Oi! language!" he replied, thinking to himself. "How about squirt?" Australia asked.
The python hissed again.
"Squirt it is!" He said, watching the slug make a complete mess of the once organized aquarium.
The python kept hissing at the tank, trying to get back into it and get rid of the slug.
"Relax, it's just until I find somewhere else to keep him" He said, rubbing the grumpy python on the head.
