Chapter 2: Our new start

(Y/n POV)

"So I should just sit down over there well I hope that I don't bug you guys while you practice." "Oh, okay." The two second years slumped a little with a small frown but then go back to being happy when they look over that their manager. "Well, see another girl has shown up for you Suga~san." I look over at the tall lamp post. "Wow!" "What?" "Well, I mean who knew that a 6'2 middle blocker could be such an ass and salty at that." "What did you say." I hear snickering in the back ground and I smirk. "Well, I mean I am here because Kageyama and Hinata asked me but you know maybe I might come here more often to insalt you." I wiggle my brows at my crappy pun. " Whatever." Said the tall salty bean stock. "Yeah, Yeah be salty I can just watch to entertain myself like I was planning on doing in the first place. But I think I can watch these beautiful volley boys while insulting you at the same time." I hear the snickering again plus some of the other boys that walked in later blushing a little. I just walk away and turning my head I walk into someone's chest. I back up a little an bow 180 degrees apologizing. I rise up and have a small shocked face "Oh, Y/n~chan what are you doing here?" "Uhm, Kageyama and Hinata invited me to come and watch. But Ennoshita~kun I didn't know that you were in the volleyball club." "Well, I was going to talk to you during lunch but you ate only a little the ran out of the classroom." "Sorry about that Ennoshita~kun I didn't know I just happen to see Hinata and Suga~Senpai practicing some volleyball outside." "It's fine well we can talk some more later I have to go stretch now." He waved at me bye before he let me to the boys and I waved back to him but I then felt a ping in my heart after that. Oh, god really don't tell me its "love at first sight" type of thing or something like that. Maybe I can talk with the captain and coach about maybe becoming another manager for them? I can think of that later but I'm just going to watch the boys now.

Small Time Skip

The boys finished stretching and pulled out the net plus the balls. I should be careful now because who knows if a ball goes flying but I mean it doesn't matter I can just return it. It starts to get to a point where some of the boys started to take breaks and drink and but towels around their neck. I just look over for one second and I hear Suga yell to me to watch out as a ball was going to hit me from Kageyama and Hinata's crazy last quick. "Y/n~chan watch out!! Ball!" I turn my head and see the ball in a slight faster but slow motion ball about hit me but I get under it and receive it back to them. "WHAT! THE! HELL! WAS! THAT!" I hear the volleyball boys yell out while Kageyama and Hinata smirker in the corner of the gym. They were just snickering and I have a feeling that they did that on purpose. "You guys make it sound like I did something bad. Like I mean did I?" I say with a scared face. "What no you did nothing like that we were just really surprised." Said the taller man bun guy. "Oh, okay then." I let out a big breath that I held in. " I have a feeling though that a blueberry and shrimp over there did that on purpose." I see the two just turn around whistling like nothing happened. "Kageyama! Hinata!" I felt a shiver down my spine as well as the duo assuming that it was their captain that yelled their names. "Daichi~Senpai uhm I mean we may have done that on purpose but we just wanted to show you guys how well of a libero she was." Hinata explaining what they did and not meaning an harm in it. "Kageyama! Hinata! You do realize that if Sugawara hadn't warned her that the ball could have hit her." Daichi yelled at the duo as I still felt the shiver go down my spine the more he yells at them. "Uhm, Diachi~Senpai if I'm not mistaken?" I said in a quiet but loud enough voice so that he could hear me. "Yes that is me." "Uh well i-its okay really I mean I'm not hurt or anything and besides it would be nothing if I got hurt anyways." I finish off with a small light laugh and my hand rubbing the back of my neck. "Oh, and thank you Suga~Senpai for warning me I appreciate it." I look over my shoulder and give him a big toothy smile and a small giggle. He returns with a no problem and a blush on his cheeks with his hand scratch his neck softly. "I still think it's not alright that they did that. So Kageyama Hinata 10 laps around the court." "Uhg" They say together. "Do you want me to make it 15 laps?" "N-no sir." The duo as in a scared crackly voice.

Time Skip

The boys had finally finished practice and I just started helping them pack everything up for the night. "Uhm, you guys did a good job." I rub my neck awkwardly and embarrassed. "Thank you uhm.." said a boy with olive green hair. "The names Y/n Kurro but you can call me Y/n." "Oh, well my name is Tadashi Yamaguchi it's nice to meet you Y/n~Senpai." "It's no problem I mean I really love volleyball so I was happy to see another team practice besides see my brother and practice on my team." I was talking with Yamaguchi holding one end of the poles that keep up the net. "Y-Y/n~Senpai thank you again." "Uhm, you no need to thank me but what are you thanking me for?" I tilled my head at the olive green boy. "I don't know I guess for being nice to me and us and having you tell us that we did great today we don't really hear that from anyone besides the manager, coach and Daichi~Senpai." "It's no problem but I should get going I have to catch up on the latest school work." "I have a closed eyed smile. "Well, bye Y/n~Senpai!" He waves his hand at me as I leave the gym. "Yeah, bye and good nigh!" I wave back at him. As soon as I leave the gym I see Ennoshita at the front gate assuming to talk to me because we were planning on talking after practice. "Oh, hey Ennoshita~kun." "Hey, Y/n~chan. I hope you enjoyed our practice and sorry about our first years they can be uhm interesting but I hope that they didn't bother you to much." "No, need to worry about the first years they are quite funny and Yamaguchi is very kind. The second years Nishinoya and Tanaka on the other hand can be quite the handful though." Ennoshita chuckled at my comment about the two second years cause he knows I'm right about it." "Well, since it's dark out do you mind if I walk you home?" "Sure, thank you I appreciate it." "It's no problem."

Time Skip

"Ennosh-" "Chikara" "Excuse me?" "My first name it's Chikara so instead of calling me by my last name you can call me by my first name. Well I mean you don't have to but you can." "Oh, okay then Chikara~kun well thanks for walking me home I really appreciate it. Hope you have a good night." "It's no problem Y/n~chan I couldn't let you walk home in the dark especially this late at night. I also hope that you have a good night." I open my front door to then turn back around going on my tippy toes kissing his cheek. "Good night!" I then slam the front door in his face. Bruh why did I do that I just met him. Now he's going to think I'm weird or more weird than I already am. Its late and I have school tomorrow plus I still have to shower and finish up my homework.
