Beach. The beach is the only thing you can think of. As you have been yearning to bask in the sun with your feet in the sand. What a beautiful day, with equally as beautiful weather. Now this is something you would not pass up. As you were getting your beach attire together, you thought about your recently distant best friend, Yunho. You thought "fuck it" as you hesitantly called him.

"Hello?" Yunho answered. "HIIIII!! Wanna go to the beach, it's too nice outside not to." You spoke through the phone.
The conversation went silent for a split second until you said, "Yes? Great! Be ready by 6pm!" before hanging up, giving him no time to object.

You arrive at Yunho's apartment, and wave to him as he comes out, he doesn't wave back. "Weird" You thought. He climbs in the car, you both greet each other, then awkward silence hit like a semi truck.
"So...how has it been?" you spoke to break the tension. "Fine, and you?" Yunho replied and asked blandly.

"I've been doing well!" you say with a big smile that melts Yunho's heart. However, the awkward tension was still there so you decided to play one of your favorite songs as of recent, Like a fool by NIve & Sam Kim. You joyously hum to the song, on the other hand, Yunho finds this rather ironic for his predicament, but he decides to join in on your humming to distract him from his worries.

You guys arrive to the beach that is scattered with people here and there, which was perfect for your anti social ass. Yunho laid down a towel but his attention was diverted from setting up to your cute giggles emitting from you. You had found a baby turtle in the sand, guided it to the ocean, then giggled as you waved it goodbye. Yunho's heart was beyond warmed, and it showed as a slight blush crept up his face.

Oblivious to Yunho's stare, you moved on to taking off your shirt and shorts that covered the bright yet complimenting bathing suit you wore under. You then realized that Yunho was staring when you heard him choke on the lemonade you bought him. As you went to go help him you noticed his face and ears were a bright pink, you couldn't help but slightly giggle at the cute look of Yunho's blush. "Are you blushing?" You ask "No..." Yunho said whist looking away "You said that too quick! You're definitely blushing. I don't blame ya, I'm too hot." You say as you "flipped" your thick, coiled, curly hair and flashed a bright smile before you ran off to the water.

When you were playing around in the ocean, Yunho would constantly throw glances at you, until he eventually fell into a trance of your beauty. Yunho was looking at every inch of you. He admired you, the hip dips, thick thighs, your plump lips, your slightly big nose. The thing he admired the most was how your melanin glistened and glowed in the sun's rays, how much of a goddess you always looked during golden hour, how those pretty brown eyes would become deeper in the sun. He felt like a deer in headlights, a fool, however he couldn't help but find every part of you, ethereal.

You noticed that the sun was setting, so you went over to your's and Yunho's little beach set up and got a spare towel to dry yourself with. Yunho assisted in patting you dry, then he wrapped you in the towel, put you on his lap, and pulled you close. It happened so fast you had no time to comprehend it. You relaxed in his embrace and watched the sunset, as he foolishly watched you.

Seagulls and waves crashing were the only things heard in the silence between you. Until Yunho whispered,

"I love you...like a fool."
