Ever since I was young, I had always longed to enter the gates where L'Manburg was enclosed. My father, Clay, had never permitted me to leave Frie. My father isn't strict, he hasn't told me I'm not allowed to leave the house or anything like that. He's very easy going and I don't have many rules. He's a very good father and I love him dearly, he's just very pushy when it comes to this unknown to me nation.

I never understood why he had wanted to keep me away from this place, somewhere I had never longed to be until after he insisted that I never set foot on the land behind the tall dark brick walls. Since then, the place sounded so irresistible, it sounded like it could be an amazing place. Although, I always stop to ask myself the question, why would he want to keep me from this place? Is it dangerous? But it never helps, it always draws me back in. The urge to explore every inch of the place grows bigger.
