The Beginning

Mari Prescott, the little sister of Jessie, the nanny of four kids was the best friend of Luke Ross. Well at least, until they lost one another.

(MARI'S POV.)

"Taylor, wait up stupid!" I screamed as my best friend Taylor ran out the door. Taylor was a beautiful blond and had hazel eyes.

"NEVER! COME ON LOSER, HURRY UP!!!" She screamed back at me. Taylor and I were working at a little bakery with my mom, Janna ( mrs. Prescott or mrs. Pres)

"OH SHUT UP OR I'M CALLING HUNTER!"

" DO IT SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!"

"FINE I WILL IDIOT!!!" I pulled out my IPhone and dialed Hunter's number. Hunter was one of my best guy friends. He had red, brown hair, brown,blue eyes and a great personality.

" Hey Mari, what's up?" Hunter questioned me as i was thinking about something to say.

"Um...... Can you come kill Taylor for me please?" I said asking myself if that was a good idea to say.

" Um... Well no"

" loser!"

" wow thanks Mari!"

"LOL! No problem Hunt."

" oh shut up! Anyways, i GTG sry!"

"No prob. I GTG to work. Wow that sounds stupid, i'm only 13!Ok whatever, LOVE YA!" I screamed into the phone.

" yeah yeah whatever LOVE YA AS WELL! BYE!"

" BYE!"

I hung up the phone and ran to the bakery.

( TAYLOR'S POV.)

" what a loser." I said opening the door to Frosting Tip ( the bakery Mari and I work at)

" HEY! I HEARD THAT TAYLOR!!!" I heard Mari scream at me. Mari was a beautiful, stunning, strawberry blond and had red dip dyes and had a river blue color for eyes.

"HAHA!"

" oh shut up Taylor."

"Whatever"

" where in the world have you two been?!?!" Mari's mom screamed at us.

" Home....?" Mari said.

"At Mcdonalds.........?" I said while Mrs.Pres looked at me so confused while Mari just stood there a little confused, then Mari just burst out laughing.

" ok, whatever just go take some orders." Mrs. Prescott said very calmly to us. Mari and I just wanted to go sleep, but we just said "ok ok fine!". I went to a table with 3 people at it and Mari went to a table with 5 people at it.

" Hello, my name is Mari and I'll be your little helper today so......how can i help you?" I could hear Mari saying since the tables were pretty close. But something was different about her. She looked a little sad and freaked out.

(MARI'S POV.)

"Um, hello Mari, i'm Jessie and i'll take a blueberry muffin,please.'' Said a girl who looked about 18 and she looks like me but older.

" ok, what about you guys" i said looking at the kids.

" i'll have a strawberry cupcake please." Said a blond girl that looked about 14 years old.

" alright and what about you three?"

" i'll take a nature frost cupcake please" said a boy who looked indian and about 11 years old. I nodded and turned to a little girl who looked african and about 8 years old.

"I'll have a rainbow cupcake with tons of sprinkles!"

" alright and what about you?" I said laughing.

"Um i'll have a blueberry muffin" said a boy who looked my age, 12 but he had brown hair, brown eyes and lots of freckles. I looked at him and he looked up at me. He had a surprised looked on his face with a touch of being freaked out. Same with me a surprise and freaked out look on my face. He looked like my best friend, Luke, i lost 2 years ago.
