Y/n POV:

I was sweating and that beautiful crimson shiny red blood running down my hands,painting the white floor red with the drops.My tears were waterfalls on my face as I stared down at the road beneath me from the top of the academy. There I was finally I was gonna be free from all that torture they all call life.Just one step forward and I was gonna crush on the floor.Finally

"NO!"
I turned around to see the one person that actually showed me some love once

"DON'T YOU DARE TAKE A STEP FORWARD Y/N!YOU HEARD ME? DON'T YOU DARE!!!" he said his voice filled with pain and he had the word scared and disappointed all over his face

I cried harder but it was too late as two strong hands pushed me off.

I gasped then woke up
I finally woke up from my nightmare crying and heavy breathing Five quickly opened the lamp on the bedside table and turned to me cuddling me close trying to calm me down "Hey,hey love what's wrong."" Its okay I'm here now it's over don't cry".I calmed down and relaxed into his touch "what happened love?"he asked worried "i-i I had a nightmare f-from that day""oh God" he held me tigher and comforted me because before we were together he was my closest person and I was his.I've  always had trouble socializing and making friends which is why I don't raise my hand in class and I ot affects my grades,so if it wasn't for my issues I would have a 20/20 mark on every subject.The girls back then didn't really like me because of that and they kinda made fun of me about everything and dad wouldn't give a single fuck about it.i was always telling five what they've been doing to me and he was always on my side comforting me and making me feel better when he didn't have to.He always promised me that he's gonna get us both out of this hell hole they call The Umbrella Academy as soon as he's able to.And just like I was running to him like a little girl in his arms when something was wrong he would find comfort in my arms as well which I'd what made us come so close.He would always get called names by the boys because he never wanted to work with them or hang out because he spend his time studying or be with me.One day Allisson made me let her copy me when we were having a chemistry test but we got caught and she blamed me about it that I was the one who were copying from her.Everyone looked at me and I felt humiliated the teacher ripped my test in half and a zero on my mark saying how disappointed he was and then send me to dad's office.i was crying so hard that I couldn't even speak,my guts and stomach were aching and my face was red.Dad suspended me for a week and all the hard work,all the studying and all that effort for ruining my grades.After all that humiliating scene I run up to the rooftop with a blade in my hands as I was cutting my wrist and then all the above happens with Five trying to save me but instead of someone pushing me off Five blinked to me and then blinked us to his room where I promised I won't do that again nor cut myself.

Back to present:

Five POV:

"Shh shh baby it's gonna be alright" I rocked us back and forth to calm her down from that terrible nightmares,god that day i was beyond terrified that I was gonna lose her and the sight of her standing on that life threatening edge with blood all over her soft, delicate hands pooling beneath her felt as if somebody was pointing a gun at me
That day I felt that something was wrong I mean Y/n was the one helping me study for that test how could she be the one to cheat especially from Allison whose terrible at chemistry.So I got out of class with the teacher yelling at me for leaving without permission but I couldn't care less.She needed me more.
And thats how I found her there shuttering my soul into pieces.
"Its okay I'm here now I won't let anyone lay a hand on you nor hurt you in any way." "I swear that if they dare to touch you I'll brake their legs one by one and then cut their tongue off" "F-Fivey i-i love you" "I love you more baby girl never ever forget that"

After a few minutes

"Do you wanna go back to sleep or get something to snack on?"
"Can I have a marshmallow and peanut butter sandwich pleaseee?"
"Of course beautiful let's go downstairs shall we?"
She nodded and held my hand but before she could get up I tackle her down on the bed and started tickling her.She started laughing uncontrollably and kissed all over her face soothing her.i did all that so she can smile a bit after all that trauma.

We went downstairs and made the sandwiches I sat her on the counter of the kitchen and we ate our snacks while cuddling."mmhm F-Fivey" "Yes darling?" She squirmed a bit "my back hurts" "but why- oh yeah" how could I forget the back pain after sex /in case you got carried away this is the night after they done it :) /I picked up my little girl and blinked us in my room I laid her on her stomach on the bed and I opened a drawer from my bedside table and grabbed some cocoa body butter and started massaging her lower back in circular motions.After that we were kissing cuddling and playing around until it was time for our classes
I dressed her up with her uniform starting with the high knee socks dragging it all the way up and then folding it back down just below the knee just like I do with mine,the only difference that she looked adorable in her uniform."You know Five because I had a bad dream and some back pain doesn't mean I'm paralyzed,I can dress myself"she said as I continue dressing her up as if she wasn't just complaining about it."well I haven't asked now have I?"I said in a sarcastic tone " No but-" "no buts I wanna take care of you now don't act up young lady or your gonna be late for school""okay okay"she said
