I had some work to 

do so I was completing it.

in this big world I guess no one is free for me.

 sleep it is 4 in the morning.

Because yesterday I had a extremally

 bad day and I can't stop thinking about it.

I was trying to calm down my patient as she was crying

 a lot but suddenly she slapped me hard and broke

 my vase. That vase was a gift from my aunt who died last year.

I am sorry for that. But you know she was 

mentally ill so don't take it too personally.

You are not suppose to call anyone

 mentally ill. See everyone has a few

 problems no one is totally happy that

 does not mean you can use those terms.

Mine. It was also not so good,

 everyone expects so much from me

 that it can make me really worried at times.

Me-

Hmm. It is okay. Don't worry

expecting is the only thing they can do. 

That is why they don't do anything else.

You just do your best and then forget everything else
