You are the same year as Diggory. He was a close friend to you and was always endearing and was caring when it came to you but you never really thought of it being romantic from just being a friend but you really had a deep sincere love for him you were just scared from rejection, facing the fact that he's a very attractive lad and you just thought of yourself as a downgrade as he was stunning.

Y/N POV
As I walked through the halls I felt someone's aura following me and as my curiosity got the best of me I slowly turned around and saw that it was the most fancied guy at school, Cedric Diggory. He stumbled after I turned

"oh hi ced!"

'"hey y/n
I'm sorry if I bothered you but do you have a date for the upcoming party later?"

"oh not at all ced! And yeah I don't have a date."

"oh nice so can i take you there as friends?"

"oh sure diggory! The party starts at 9:00 right?"

"yeah, so let's meet in the same hall?, 8:30 He says in a enthusiastic voice"

You utter walking towards your next class and sitting beside your girl best friend and chatting with her and discussing about the incident that happened between you and cedric

"i was probably full on red while talking to him mione!"

Hermione chuckled as you tell her of what distinctively happened, after that

"y/n this is so good for you! I mean you liked the guy for so long it's like godric clichéd you both in to falling in love"

"i'm not sure mione if it's that fast"

During the conversation with hermione fred and george overheard and -

George: freddy I'd bet you five galleons that that y/n and pretty boy will snogg somehow in our party

Fred: and i reckon 10 galleons that pretty boy will confess before they'll snogg

Hermione: oh shove of you to hermione proclaimed

As I was planning in my dorm to wear a silky off-shoulder neckline feathered dress and detached gloves thats similar to the dress, with black stockings with cute slink back heels. (With other accessories of course 😜)
